Get here at 9:25 AMish for a DoorDash pickup. Lobby is locked, no sign. Nobody inside! After a few minutes someone finally comes out of the back, and then a second person. Of course my order hasn’t been started.What goes on here? Nothing is ever ready. The coolers are almost never stocked. No ice cream cakes at all - that cooler sets empty. Hardly any drinks. Last week they didn’t have eggs!!! Today no Celsius, if you don’t sell it at all, why can people order it on DoorDash?Worst associate attitudes ever - on more than one occasion. Yall need to pay them more or do better with management. The whole team shouldn’t operate like this.

The lady taking orders for drive thru was extremely rude. We came around 9 this morning and there was nobody in line yet we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes to even have our order taken. She wouldn't let us order more than one thing without saying "is that all" like we were inconveniencing her. Secondly, we ordered kolaches and they were soggy and barely warm. Disgusting. The hasbrowns smelled like fish. Won't ever come back. She told me the coffee machine was down but the lady behind us bought coffee with no issue.

My eggs in my toasted sandwich were frozen, and the lady at the window was rude and kept trying to hurry me through, all I needed was my receipt and she wouldn't give it to me.... sad because I LOVE dunkin, so many other places to try now

They had no idea what a box of coffee was at all. Then they found it but had none. I travel all over the U.S.A. and this is the first dunkin donuts that didn't know what it was and then said they were out of them.

I would seriously rethink coming here. Ever since the new GM named Steve Hardin took over, the quality and attitude have drastically decreased. The staff is rude, has no sense of urgency, and looks very unpleasant. Not sure if it's because the GM himself is disgusting or what, but the sooner Dunkin fires him and gets a much more qualified and professional looking manager, the better.Until then, stick with Shipley.
I love they're iced Carmel craze coffee. The only thing is almost every time I get it it says different syrups and such on the receipt. It's still tastes good but I'm wondering why it's different every time.

Stopped in for a bacon egg and cheese with a soft drink. They had no soft drinks so I ordered the breakfast sandwich. Got it rather quickly but after leaving I found out it was sausage egg and cheese. Smfh!

Probably some of the worst service I've seen in a while. Staff has no respect for anyone except their selves. Gave me the wrong order and got irritated when I corrected them. And refused to give me a refund and told me to come inside even tho it was
