I gotta say I was REALLY amazed by how good the food is here. We tried a few different items. The beef shawarma was ON POINT. Falafel wrap was delicious with a great price point. Beef kabobs over rice was very tasty and plentifully proportioned. The humus is, hands down, the best I've had outside of family, homemade. Do not be dissuaded by it being a food truck (trailer, to be more precise). They have great food and great service at very reasonable prices.
I tried the Kabob Sandwich tonight, and found it to be the best one I’ve had the pleasure of trying. It is large, cut in half, and served with appealing sized French fries, tahini sauce, and pickled veggies. I also ordered the hummus, which is another new favorite of mine. Lastly, I ordered 1 falafel which left me craving more! This was tied all together with quick and friendly service, a nice price, and a Dr. Pepper. :)

This has been one of my favorite food trucks in the Waco area however, they have discontinued the rice dishes which was the reason I loved it so much! I loved those dishes since trying them in NY and this was the closest I could find anywhere. Please bring them back, guys!!
