used to love coming here when old management was there, but now that there is new management, they have gone severely down hill. staff isn’t as friendly, is way more concerned with talking to each other than taking care of guests, and you wait forever for your food just for it to be cold. not cool. y’all lost out on a great manager that made this place worth coming to. can safely say i won’t be going back again after giving the new staff multiple chances to impress.

Its been 3 weeks since I have followed the request of the owners below comment, and have NOT HEARD ANYTHING. So dont let their comment fool you. This is still a problem!I loved this place until their best employee left. I have a huge allergy to gluten. So I love the fact they have gluten-free bread. Now my fellow allergen sufferers, STAY AWAY from this location. My family was served by the associate stating "I'm sorry, I don't know which is which." When I got my gluten free smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket, there was obvious signs of cross contamination. There was only 1 sandwich in our family order with the item that was in BOTH of my GLUTEN FREE sandwiches. So again, this location no longer cares about allergens. Food was remade, with an attitude. I will not be returning here.

I’ve been comming here for years this time they have new employees who are unprofessional took me 30 minutes to get my order just for them to get it wrong so I’m there another 15 minutes waiting on my order and they still gave me some cold macaroni and cheese?. DO NOT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I guarantee you

If I could rate it a ZERO star I would . This place is just not the same anymore. I went through the drive thru at 11am was the ONLY car, and as the cashier was talking to me , she was also talking to all other employees, having 3 different conversations. It took me almost 30 minutes to get food and I was the ONLY customer. Then to top it off, I paid close to 5 bucks for Mac and cheese which I DID NOT GET! Once yall lost Jeremiah the staff went down hill.. I will NOT be back.

The best place hands down I met the owner tonight and this place is so vibrant and more welcoming since he got new staff. The restaurant was so clean and the food was amazing and top of the line incredibly good with tons of flavor. The employees at this place definitely take pride in the store and work they do. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back. If you've been here before or never come I encourage everyone to come it's like a brand new store.

Just sat at the drive-through for 25 minutes. Finally got to the order screen waited another 15 minutes and every time I ask them if things are OK they told me that the entire crew walked out and they are training an entirely new team. It sounds like they need to treat their employees significantly better than what they are.

This was my second time going to firehouse subs. The first time was amazing and the food and service was great. Today I went through the drive through and it was 20 minutes before I even got to the order station. Then another 10 minutes before she finally asked for my order. After that was another 30 minutes before we got our food and drinks and left. My sandwich was suppose to be just ham and bacon but when I got home it was a completely different sandwich that I waited and HOUR for. The lady at the window informed us that it’s a whole new team and that they didn’t finish training. But 5 people should still be able to make a proper sandwich… I’m overall so disappointed and will not be returning. $32 for 2 sandwich’s and drinks is ridiculous.

I love Firehouse subs but after today not sure I will ever return. Was not greeted when I walked in, overheard new manager talking bad about previous manager Jeramiah to a customer. All she asked was "is it's a whole new staff?", he then replied Yes its because old manager didn't do what the owner asked". Waited on my food for 20 mins and wasn't busy. Store was dirty and tvs weren't working properly. When I voiced my opinion that Jeramiah did not get fired or let go for reason he stated. He got irritated and told me I can go tell Jeramiah everything he's saying if I want. "I told him Ok and if I do, you should be professional if your a manager". Finally got food and when I got back to work it was missing items and wasn't as fresh as it normally is. Very disappointed!

Hooligan

About a year ago I gave this place 5 stars. Today I went in and wasn't greeted. I was the only customer in the store and I stood by the register for over 5 minutes watching one person work while two other grown men stood around watching a woman do all the work. This establishment has gone downhill fast. They used to be nice, clean, timely, and friendly. I got none of that today. This place should be thankful for the 1 ⭐ rating.

Firehouse was me and some friends go to place for great atmosphere, food, and people. When we came in we were always greeted by Jeremiah and his team, but today we were informed they ditched the student discount and were surprised to see a whole new staff. It’s not the same and I can tell some owner management things went down. Sad to see they don’t support the college students and their staff anymore. Won’t be returning anymore.

This was my first time eating here and the food was great! Jeremiah the manager and Abel were fantastic very friendly. They both made sure we were happy with our order.We were sad to here Jeremiah's last day is Sunday because we planned to start visiting frequently. Hopefully the next person is as nice as he was. I think Jeremiah had a great attitude every though Sunday was his last day. Most people wouldn't care about the customers if they know they're leaving in a few days. I just wanted to give these guys recognition for an outstanding job thank you guys again.
