The food was great, the only complaint I have, is the young kid at the counters favorite words were, (I don't know) I feel you're customer service reps needs to know what things are. Or at least be willing to go ask someone who does know. And smile! But all and all, it was good and a million times better then KFC!!

The employees were friendly and took my order right away. The dining room was not large but looked big enough. I ordered The Big and Golden Sandwich! I was expecting much more from it. It was an oversized Chicken Tender on an oversized Roll with a sweet and spicy sauce. Wouldn't order it again. We also had the chicken tenders with fries. They were ok but nothing special. Now! The Wicked Wings we ordered were Great! I give them a 5 Star! I'll be back for more wings. We ordered them plain without the hot sauce. Very good.

Cashier was hard of hearing. When told my order twice he finally got it correct. When ringing up my order cashier kept adding cheese to sandwiches when I had already said no cheese. Order had to be ringed up multiple times before getting it correct. Cashier walked off due to me having an attitude when telling him I did not ask for cheese. When sandwiches arrived the chicken was hot as if they just cooked it However the buns were hard and stall that the manager made. Did even care to complain anymore. Will not be coming back to any Golden chicks I have had my share. No thank you.

The food is consistently good, love the rolls and gravy and unlike some other fast food places, Golden Chicken uses pure cane sugar in their sweet tea. Bushes ended this practice a few years ago. The only critique I have is their use of the tall chairs/stools, I find them uncomfortable and a danger when I have my small children with me and dining in. Just give me a comfortable chair and table, you are nailing everything else.

Ordered fish... cooked in filthy grease. The grease was dark brown and smelt horrible. Grease soaked through the box to the sack. Did not notice until I went to pick up my plate and it was soaked with dark brown grease as well as my tarter sauce. I took the rest of the fish out of the box then noticed the grease that had permeated the box and sack. Took it back to the store and the manager on duty said her name was Brenda would absolutly not even acknowledge the issue. She gave me an email.. needless to say the proper authorities will be notified tomorrow..... forgot to mention the tea that we ordered was given back at the window because it was spoiled.
