I literally said I wanted spicy tenders and when I called they even knew who I was because it was wrong they didn’t even offer me to trade them out cause they was fresh or anything I didn’t even mind paying it’s always that Mexican young manager in there with an attitude and it’s simple stuff like this why y’all can’t keep customer I could of easily just got my order remade instead they arguing with me about what I ordered when I know what I said and still had the order.

The guy taking orders in drive thru was so rude! He told me to give him a minute when I pulled up and didn't say anything for about 5 minutes before coming back and saying if I was going to hurry up and order???? ?????? I left and got food from someplace else.

My suggestion is to always go there otherwise food is not worth it. My chicken sandwich was like rubber, cold and taste bad. Missing salad and can't follow simple instructions only mayonnaise.

I ordered a Chicken Breast, rotisserie baked and ended up feeding it to the ants. This was so dry that, had they spent another few minutes cooking it - the piece would have turned to Jerky.
When someone orders pickup and shows up after the pickup the food should be ready it shouldn’t take 10 minutes. Don’t offer pickup if you have to wait for it anyways.

Lovvvve golden chick! The Tenders are on the small side but they give extra to make up the difference! Pictured is the 4 tender meal(they gave more to compensate) SPICY! Their seasoning is the best! Also get the ZING Sauce, you won't ever go back to gravy!! ?

We had Golden Chick from N.19th yesterday for the first time and it was hand's down absolutely wonderful! Chicken was made for my to go order as I waited and even after I arrived home 10-15 later, it was hot & crispy and the breasts were hugh! The young lady (Leslie) who waited on me was very friendly, kind and helpful. Will most definitely be a repeat customer!!!!!
