It's my granddaughters 10th birthday today, I stopped by to see if possibly they gave out "a free cookie" ya know?? The cashier looked at me like I was crazy, then said yes, you have to "sign up" on our app or website....I said ok, thank you. I proceeded to go to their website...couldn't find anything about UT, but did make an account...I went back and asked the girl what to do...?? Another worker came up and asked "what were we doing?" I told her, she said, oh no, "We don't do that here!" Wow....rude and uninformed employees......sad!!

We purchase a cookie cake each year for my kids birthdays. This year the woman checking us out was rude and rushed. The cookie seems gooey and thinner and they've changed the icing within the last year. Nowhere near as good as it was. Sadly, this will probably be our last cookie.

The important part: The cookies are FANTASTIC. The also important but not as important part: customer service isn't too great, the employees look like they want to die and don't seem very motivated. Maybe there's something depressing about being surrounded by tasty treats? But regardless they get the job done. Personal favorite: Double Doozy, a marvelous cookie coma sandwich.

Two young’s girl in the front are always rude when you ask for a bag, like it’s just a small paper bag I don’t wanna hold my cookie out in the open.Dessert is great there just the attitude on the employees make me not care to come back.
