Man what a hot dog!!! You have to try it "Heart of texas" Sausage with bacon with lots cheese and bbq sauce. Really good!!

Visiting Magnolia Silos and among the slew of food trucks I decided on this one. The Demo Day Dog with Dr. Pepper chili, cheese and crisp onions with Fritos. It's a texas size hot dog. When they hand you this creation it sure does have some weight to it. It's a good looking dog and was really good. Liked the crisp onions for that good crunchy texture I like.

This place was hard for us to find at first-even while using different map apps. Driving back and forth only made my hot dog craving intensify. I was looking for a small restaurant/store front. I guess I didn't expect it to be located inside of Magnolia, but there it was. It's one of the food trucks at the Silos. There are tons of benches for seating but as it was a busy Saturday, they were full. We sat down on the grass area to people watch. There were a lot of families there. They have balls that you can borrow to play on the open grass area. Everyone looked to be having a good time. My Heart of Texas Dog was delicious. It was smaller than I expected after looking at photos online...and as a California native I hear everything is bigger in Texas. Maybe that set me up for a small disappointment. The taste was good though and it's possible I'm a pig. Service was good, they were very busy. The food came out in a timely manner and the employees were friendly.

We wanted the hopper but sounded like jalapeños sausage were all gone.. (middle of the day?)The one who took order said we could switch the jalapeños to smoked sausage. Not sure what went wrong but I ended up getting a plain hotdog with no topping and a bun broken in half.Dude, maybe at least ask if we want any topping?Taste not so good too.

Visited Mognolia Market compound in Waco, TX . THIS SHOULD BE ON EVERY BODIES BUCKET LIST.They have varieties of food trucks. But saukraut smell led me to the hot dog truck.The price for classic hot dog was very reasonable compared to all other food trucks.I loved the free sides to ? .
Top tier hot dog. I had the south Waco dog and it was excellent. Just a hint of spice on the back end.

Owner just complained of expenses when purchasing a hot dog. They have a picture of a black bowl when serving chili, did not allow me to purchase chili bc i wanted the bowl. The lady did not offer condiments or say where they were but did it for other guests. They were not nice, very fake amd felt like they were racially motivated in the way they treated me compared to the other guests. I do not recommend.

This was one of the best hot dogs I've ever had! 10/10 recommend!! If you are looking for a quick and delicious bite to eat in the magnolia area this is it ! The heart of texas dog is delicious with every bite! Can't wait to go back and get it again!

Literally the best hotdog I ever ate. My husband and I got different ones so we could share- but we didn’t share since we both thought they were so delicious. They even cooked a special one for our dog. I want to know where they get the hotdogs do I can have them shipped to me at home.
