The food was good. The quaso was excellent. However the chicken quesadillas tasted extremely fishy.

Service was great, they seemed happy to give me extra tortillas and lime slices for my pazole and were all smiles. It was way too salty but I like things saltier than the average person so I didn't mind too much, and the flavors were good.My wife and her mom complained to me about the saltiness of their quesadillas, but I assumed it was on the same level as my food. I tried a bite after they had eaten most of it (albeit after I had encouraged them to keep eating) and I was thrown off by just how salty both their quesadillas, beans, and rice all were. It was like someone had poured an extra tablespoon of salt over the top of everything and was inedible. They're both come from a country where it is rude to not finish your food, but I applaud them for making it through as much as they did.Since no one else has complained about salt in the reviews and the flavors were otherwise good I'd like to assume it was a mishap (maybe a different chef today), but it was overall quite awful. I'd have asked for a refund or at least to have the food remade if I had noticed earlier.

Totally Awesome torta and horchata! The ladies behind counter were wonderful! Fatima and Rosa thank you for time for explaining what was in the torta.

We love the soup and go there for soup when it's cold. They also have very good fish taco's. The service is good and the location is in the Union Hall which is convenient if your friends and family want to order something different.

I am writing this review for the Huaco Eatery at Union Grove.Whenever we visit Union Grove we eat at Huaco Eatery because the food is authentic Mexican, fresh and crafted. Sebastian the owner and Chef crafts his cuisine with a passion that I have never seen by any chefs. He is extraordinary and his food exemplifies that quality. My wife ordered the flautas and they were outstanding. As shown in the pictures, Sebastian served the food in a display meant for a queen. The flautas are handmade and their taste reflects that. His salsas are delicious. We’ve had several items on the menu and they are all great!Whenever you’re in the mood for authentic Mexican cuisine go visit Chef Sebastian at Huaco Eatery at Union Grove.

I got the chicken tinga bowl and my fiancé got the huaco nachos. Both were delicious. And the guacamole is the best I've ever had.

The food was not only delicious but also unique, setting it apart from the usual Tex-Mex cuisine. I highly recommend it.

I came to the Union Grove location and I enjoyed some beef quesadillas and chips and queso. The food was delicious and fresh. I met Sebastian, who took my order and gave me plenty of samples of the salsa, queso, and agua fresca to try. He was very helpful and kind. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Unon Grove Woodway, Tx. Location Chicken Quesadilla and Drink $17.82 Very tasty, good portion size and I am enjoying it. It is a little pricey but every shop here is so bring your fun money. Come try Huaco Eatery! Yum! (Can't add my picture?)Parking: Beter parking option than Union Hall
