Love in n out food, and company values..... But this Waco location while friendly and clean--- is a bit of a let down!Knowing how popular they are, im disappointed that in n out didn't plan a bigger lobby size, The restaurant fills to capacity literally every time we go. Couples with small tables, and miniature chairs/stools. It can be a cramped atmosphere!

Super busy today but even with a line out the door, it moved quickly enough."Double-double, animal style. Fries well done." I've just about worked out my order. Double meat, double cheese. Animal style means it's topped with extra spread, pickles and grilled onions. I find the regular fries to be underdone and rather light, so it's important to order them well done.Next time, I'll get the fries animal style too which adds cheese and grilled onions and the Thousand Island style sauce.Restaurant was clean, inside and out. If it's busy, parking will be a challenge.Vegetarian options: They offer cheese-only burgers but totally vegan is a hard no.Dietary restrictions: I think they're safe from peanuts but not dairy or gluten.Parking: If it's busy, parking will be tough.Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have smaller portions for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, primarily Upper scale hotels and restaurants. In visiting Waco today, my daughter and I stopped into your store for lunch. I had the pleasure of experiencing a manager named Monty leading his team behind the counter with encouragement, positive reinforcement, kind words, and appreciation All while treating the customers and guests with the same genuine courtesies. Very inspiring for us to witness Monty getting the job done with his team through leadership based on Humankindness. From what we witnessed today, I’ll be very quick to say you’re fortunate to have Monty as a leader in this restaurant.
