I love South Waco Jack in the box... All the employees is very fast and good workers. They all spoke to me with well mannered attitudes when I came in. I enjoyed y'all guys because I was really having a bad day. And your whole shift made my day. I came in early morning around 9 am . And I can say this group of workers is the best. Thank y'all!!
Lobby was dirty no tables were clean the floor was nasty there was a spill and no one has cleaned it up it’s been there for a while there was only two employees working at the time.

When I order a bacon ultimate cheese burger there should be more than one piece of bacon on it. This was smothered in sauces and had about a 3/4 piece of bacon broken in half. Very sad.

Absolutely trash for a fast food business! Terrible customer service and food was nasty! Workers listening to music loud and hanging outside
Had a very bad experience here, I was disrespected for no reason, employee Tasha who was working night shift has an ugly attitude!! Hanging out the drive thru window cusing me to move out of drive thru after I had already moved up like she asked me to so disrespectfully!! Calling my GF a meth head.. then she got my orders wrong and refused to serve me the last customer meal... I've never said a word to her and till this day I pull up drive thru call out the order number or name they confirm it I get to the window and it disappears lmao. This same employee also works at KFC very rude and disrespectful. Jack in the box should be ashamed and embarrassed, how could you continue to let this employee treat other customers so disrespectful...

Y'all must do better business through your drive through. I stood waiting about 5 minutes in the lobby and not even a hi from y'all. Have a bunch of fries sitting waiting to be served but not 1 order of fries were even served while I was waiting. Must server your customers with stale cold fries. Guess it was better not to get food from y'all. Think I stay with my normal fast food places that are eagar to serve me. Good Luck Jack in the Box with your business!!!

The workers were trying to hardest to get the food out but the place was filthy. Inside the ice machine was overflowing ice was falling on the floor trash was falling on the floor cuz it was overflowed. The manager should have had more people working so that the lobby part could have stayed cleaner. We had to clean our own tables.
