Rude service, attitude, and unprofessional for a food business. I hope as a business owner this place is at least sanitary. The night shift drive thru attendant specifically is an issue.

I stopped at Jack in the Box on my way home to pick up food for my husband (btw, it was very good!). The employees are always extremely friendly. I drove off too quickly and accidentally left my credit card there. I didn't discover it was missing until I needed it later in the evening, and I was frantic. All of my purchases go on that one card so I can accumulate miles on Southwest Airlines to visit my daughter and her family. I drove back through Jack in the Box and asked if I could have left my credit card there. Diana, who had taken care of my order earlier, immediately told me my name and, yes, she had been waiting for my return!! I was extremely relieved and so very grateful to her!!
