The chicken was overly greasy and the skin was soggy from the grease. It was also over salted. It’s like the grease was not at the right temperature for frying that’s how greasy it was. I will not be trading with this place anymore. It has definitely gone down hill.

If I could give them NO STARS, I would! Not only did they take forever, but I was charged TWICE and was told my money would be back on my card. This was A MONTH AGO! After speaking to, and getting HUNG UP ON by the two "managers" after they told me they didn't know how to refund my money, have reached out to corporate 2 times, I was told my issue would be resolved by upper management when they contact me... except somebody CLOSED my case without fwd it to someone above them. I AM BEYOND IRRITATED AND ANNOYED! This should have been a simple fix. Employees AND 'management' are incompetent!! LOOKS LIKE I'LL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK! Employees were RUDE, as always. It's no wonder they're hiring for nearly every position at this store! Wondering why the parking lot is empty on a Saturday evening at 4pm? Because the workers are in the parking lot smoking marijuana and half way taking orders! Get through the drive thru and I specifically said no Mayo and the worker comes to the window and says “what was that you ordered, I’m not going to lie, I don’t remember “! Clean house asap! They can’t even get a simple order right! No Mayo means no Mayo!
These employees act miserable. I ended up not ordering anything.

What looked like a decent experience turned out to be a return trip due to messed up order. Unorganized restaurant from the get go i was greeted then instead of taking my order the manager(regina) decided to answer the phone and passed the order off to another employee. After several minutes of the girl trying to figure the register out while the manager was on the phone the manager bagged up wrong sides wirh my order and handed a incorrect order with a smile on her face. I called they agreed to replace sides only leaving me with cold chicken and warm sides. Who eats cold chicken?
