This is THE WORST KFC ever. The food was old,dried out and then soggy with the crust on some dripping off. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the "tenders" were dry and mostly breading. We spent a good bit of money there and we also found a hair in the bucket of chicken .We didn't even get offered a receipt so I can't relay the names of anyone there today. But I will never ever go back there and maybe not ever to KFC . MANAGEMENT do something about your workers and quality of food you are putting out !!!!!!!

Sign on door said they opened at 1030...it was almost noon so we called lady answered said they didn't open till noon...so we waited till 1215 called again busy signal ...manager finally opens the door with a disgusted look on her face...we went in...no greeting or explanation why they opened so late...takes out order after the one of us had placed our order she acted like the other two weren't together so we all placed our order...mine was burnt not good at all the second order was cold...and the third was so hot she couldn't even eat it...over all this was the first time I had ever been in this town and if I ever travel through here again I will not stop here ever....and I love KFC...and original recipe shouldn't look and taste burnt...and when we went to sit down 3 tables were dirty and if u are all ready late opening there should be no reason u have dirty tables...anyway..I wouldn't have give it even a one star

I've been here in the past and would not have given it a 1 star then. The staff was rude, for no reason, and the food back then was not good. Today, completely different, polite staff, hot fresh food, and clean restaurant. Great improvements. ?

We just went to the Lacy Lakeview KFC to order dinner at 9:15 pm and found that the dining room was closed so we proceeded to try to go through the drive thru to order but there were two men standing at the outside order menu waiting for the staff to take their order, but of course, since they weren't in a vehicle the staff had no way of knowing they were standing there. So, finally one walked around to the window to order and instructed his buddy to stay there so we couldn't order until after they did. After waiting about 10 more minutes we drove around the guy still standing there to the window and saw the first guy walking off from the window with their order so we pulled to the window and told the staff about the guy blocking the speaker so we just wanted to place our order at the window and they told us that they couldn't take orders at the window so we'd need to go back around and order (there was no one behind us)...which caused us to point out that the guy in front of us just ordered at the window and they said he was allowed to because he didn't have a car. We were highly irritated at that point since they refused to take our order so we just left and vowed never to go back.
