Great food

The food was good but absolutely way too expensive for what you get. There are much better places here in Waco to get seafood.

Two employees sitting at the bar and one behind the bar, while we waited at the front. Got seated, brought our drinks and ignored us as well as the other tables around us. Left and went to the food establishment next door since this place didn't seem to care about its customers.

I had a cup of gumbo and it was good, and the cup was bigger than I expected. I had the fried butterfly shrimp as my main course, it came with curly fries and hush puppies. There was 12 large shrimp, cooked to perfection, they were not greasy at all. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely eat here again.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The staff was amazing! Our waitress was wonderful. A cook even came out to check to see if we enjoyed our food. I had the Pew Pew with garlic butter. The crab and shrimp were a nice size and fresh! The entree tasted amazing! Our table also had catfish, the chicken tenders and The Knife. Everything tasted great and was just the way we ordered it. I highly recommend and will be going back soon!

We waited for an hour to get served, we were here before and 2 tables got their food before us. Wouldn’t recommend this place, too long of a wait. When we got our food it wasn’t what we asked for, I told the lady and another lady brought us the same food back. If I come to eat I want what I asked for not what they choose to give me. Not worth the wait. Don’t do it y’all!

I hate to say this, but the food just wasn't good. First of all, we ordered an appetizer of boudain balls and were informed they didn't have them. Then my girlfriend asked for a crawfish dish and was told they had none of those either. I can understand as it's early in the season so these might not always be available, but still, a bad pattern was taking shape. Next she asked for the lobster Mac and cheese only to be told they didn't have that either. At that point we should have gone elsewhere, but we stayed. My GF settled for a cup of gumbo and a cup of lobster bisque. I'm from Cajun country and have eaten a lot of gumbo, but nothing quite like she was served which tasted more like a chemical compound and was inedible. When my order of shrimp and catfish arrived it looked like I'd nailed it. A large catfish fillet and several plump shrimp were nested inside enough French fries for an army. The shrimp didn't disappoint, but the catfish was a paper thin piece covered by a thick, bland tasting crust. Sorry, but after my experience, I can't recommend this place.

Very Satisfied with our Seafood Bag Selection. We Highly Recommend them. One Pound of King Crab, One Pound of Shrimp (big) and One Dungeness Crab in Garlic Butter, Corn and Potatoes to Celebrate Our Aniversary. We believe Price was spot on considering the market value.Latoya hosted us to our table and was so attentive to details, made us enjoy our visit. Two Thumbs Up to Karlos in the Kitchen; food was so delicious, the smell, the flavor, texture and presentation 10 points.I had to ask their names, I love having great food selection in town and would love to continue seing this restaurant around.Until the next time. Sorry no pictures, We were so busy enjoying our meal.
