We came here the other day and I meant to write a review as soon as we left but got sidetracked. I was super surprised how great the food, service, and overall experience was. Josh waited on my husband and I in the bar during Happy hour and it was so nice to have good service, amazing food, and drinks. We had low expectations going in just because everywhere we have eaten out lately is disappointing, mostly because of bad service. However, Josh was great! He’s a great salesman, and very knowledgeable. I’m a bartender so I have very high expectations with drinks and I was very impressed with the cocktails here. Very unique and delicious! We will definitely be going back and hopefully Josh is working!

For starters OMG the service was wonderful Jamie which is the General Manager greeted us like he knew us and that is real hospitality. The server Stephanie I've never had a better server she was very attentive we never had to wave her down she was there on time. The food was AWESOME we will most definitely come back and bring the family. Thank you guys for everything..

Wow this was a pleasant surprise! The food was great and the placement was beautiful. The service was excellent, we left a 20 dollar tip! Did not wait long and the margarita was superb! This place is clean my table was freshly wiped down . Cloth napkins.. Tables spaced perfectly. Great lighting!! Ty so much to our server?

With this being a Texas chain restaurant, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so impressed by Los Cucos! The food and drinks were fantastic, and the servers were attentive and friendly. We were a table of 6, and everyone was very happy with dinner.

All I can say is WOW!! Started off with Queso Flameado- sooo good!! The tortilla are NOT just homemade but prob THE best I’ve ever had!! Also ordered the Fajitas - niceeee and sizzling! Our server EMMA… you couldn’t ask for anyone better. Super attentive, always checked on us, made SURE everything was good and super nice!! Outstanding experience!! A MUST try if you’re in the area. For all my truckin folks, just a short Uber from the Pilot. Lol

This was my first trip here.. The service was great. We were kept in chips and dip until the food was delivered. I had the Entomatadas. Even before I bit into a chicken bone, I was underwhelmed. That being said, I'll give it another go.

Terrible customer service - and Manager would not explain - they charged my credit card for a TO GO order but the restaurant canceled the order on their end after they charged me. Explanation was they were too busy…understandable… but would Not refund the $100 charge. Then I called to ask why I was charged if they cannot honor my order online… the lady said well we are too busy to explain right now and hung up on me. Didn’t ask for a phone number or we call you back later this evening - just hung up on me. I tried calling back again and each time my call ended I presume when they could see the caller ID and hung up on me.Total disrespect from the hostess - that’s a shame because normally the food is great.
