Went in at 8:00 sharp; woman looked at my party and said "sorry were closed already" and the sign on the door said 9pm closing. Talk about racism and laziness

Supet slow service. Completely under staffed. Did not see a manager come out at all (unless they were cooking). Food was decent and wait staff tried their best. However, there wasn't a sense of urgency and no manager to be seen. Only one cook. The serving sizes for kids meals were so skimpy and limited. Only saving grace was that the food was decent and they brought my kids food out before my husband and mine plates.

SERVER WAS GREATEverything else though was subpar. Ordered 1lb of snow crab, 1lb of Head On Shrimp, and 1/2 lb of sausage. Got the bag and immediately noticed how little food there was. I’m from San Antonio and have eaten the exact same meal at their Smashing Crab location so I would know. At smashing crab I get about 3 whole hands of crab and at this location I got 2 hands with about 3 claws on each one. There was hardly any seasoning possibly none and the shrimp were almost red from being so over cooked. We ate about 5 shrimp throughout the meal and at the end we asked for the shrimp to be taken off the bill because I was so dissatisfied with them. The manager only took 50% off the shrimp. This told me about their customer service, the whole meal besides the potatoes and corn was severely underwhelming and then when I ask for one thing off the bill that’s the customer service I was met with.

The best seafood boil in town HANDS DOWN!! The flavor of everything from the shrimp boil to the crab legs was amazing and as authentic as your going to get in the middle of Texas!

I’ll start by saying that the server was great. However the crawfish were hard to peel and tasted nothing like Louisiana crawfish. We spent so much time just waiting on food, even though the restaurant was almost empty and our server never told us that it would be a long wait.

The catfish wasn't seasoned, the cajun fries were just breaded fries that were unseasoned and not very many in the serving. Asked for regular fries and never got them. Had to ask for seasoning, tarter sauce and shrimp sauce but didn't get them until halfway through the meal. The gumbo was good but smelled like dirty socks. The shrimp was unseasoned. The sides for all items were fries OR hushpuppies, it should have been both included. We had to ask for dinnerware and tools to crack the crab. Dinnerware came before the food did but the tools for crab came when most people were halfway through their meal.However, the portions of fish were decent but like I said, there were hardly any fries.

Food was good very fresh only thing is crab legs were small but had a very good spicy flavor to it! Service was ok waitress forgot some items we ordered a few times but overall a good experience.

So I called this place the first day they opened after the snow storm and ordered king crab and unfortunately when I got there, the stuff was already turned off. They refunded me and game me free soup rice, and sauce and a free beer. Christie made sure I didn't go to bed hungry that night. I had been to this place 2 times during the time they were closed for the winter storm, this was my 3rd visit and I was so craving for the crab. I am strong customer of this place and it will remain so. The food is nice, the bar manager Christie is the nicest bartender I have ever known.You want some good sea food, go to this place

Good food, lacked the seasoning punch you'd expect from creo cuisine. Average prices and a nice atmosphere. The peach lemonade was FIRE. I'd buy that buy the gallon. Great service our order was fast but didn't taste rushed. I'll go back whenever I'm in the area.

This was by far the worse food! Spent $80 with tip on food that was nasty. The only good thing was their sweet tea. I got the grilled shrimp and cajun rice. As you can see my carrots looked old and under cooked. The cajun rice had grease all on the bottom. My sons fried catfish was soggy. Overall bad food for the price.
