Came in for a coffee while visiting the silos. Not a bad place to grab a cup of Jo while you’re exploring the area.Parking: Depending on when you visit, will depend on parking difficulties. There are free spots if you’re lucky or there are quite a few paid lots around the area that range from $10-15.
We went on a Saturday and they were very busy however the line moved quick, and service was amazing. There were plenty of seats available, and you’re encouraged to take a seat at the community tables which I LOVE! Being able to connect with others in a coffee shop is great. Drinks were amazing! It was a cold day out so we got the snickerdoodle lattes and they were scrumptious !! A must-visit place if in Waco!

Beautiful place with solid coffee. My husband and I were here just after 7 am on a Tuesday and walked right up to the counter. Wait staff was polite and our order came out quickly. I took a chance on the 1905 latte. I don’t like particularly sweet coffee drinks so I asked for two pumps instead of the standard four and it was a win. The marshmallow gave the caramel a nice, creamy edge. Loved it. Sat and enjoyed the view of the back patio as the sun was coming up. Lovely.
