Ordered a lemonade. The lemonade doesn't taste like how it used to, the cup was filled to the brim with ice (new cost saving directives?) and the straw was being suffocated by the mouth of the lid. The plastic was so tough that it actually scraped off my girlfriend's nail polish when she tried to make it wider so that the straw could be used properly.This experience coupled with what I've read from other reviews, I don't think we'll ever come here again.Also, their payment screen asks us for a tip. Tf? Didn't know that getting a lemonade in 40 seconds equates to being serviced for 1-2 hours when eating out.

Absolutely horrible!!! I’ve been several times and each time I go I’m met with disappointment. I specifically asked for no mayo or mustard but was met with that when I took a bite. If I’m in ur face telling u my order I don’t understand how u could mess it up. I had no time to take it back up there due to me having to be back at work so big waste of money and don’t recommend the location in Waco due to the incompetent workers.

Before I start, I want to emphasize that i’ve loved McAliser’s for over two decades and still do. This location has been a headache EVERY single time I visit. I come 1-2 times a week to pickup my lunch and occasionally sit down for a meal.The past THREE orders i’ve picked up were incorrect. I attempted to call after picking up in the past and was told I would “receive points” on my account as an apology. I never received those points.I order the blank angus club every time and each time I get a different sandwich. Sometimes it has honey mustard instead of horseradish. Sometimes it’s missing onions, and no cheese. Today it was missing onions and cheese. I went back to the store to correct the issue.My complaint was taken seriously and they offered a corrected replacement sandwich (and a coupon).After walking all the way back to my work, I see the sandwich is missing cheese…Spending 10-15$ on a sandwich and getting the wrong thing is asinine. Check your order before leaving if ordering pickup!

Pick up order. Everything ok. I just think the potato soup could be better. It was just plain, bland, without flavor & the actual potatoes were under cooked. Hubby loved the King Club though

I appreciate the clean atmosphere and enjoy the food. There's no better service in Waco than McAlister's on Waco Dr. The managers and staff have gone out of their way to fill my needs on multiple occasions.
The bread is delicious. Sandwiches are always good. Iced tea too! They made kids meals affordable if you eat in.

I placed an online order for pick up and after I received the food I drove all the way back to the Emergency Room just to find out it was COMPLETELY WRONG! The sandwiches have little to NO MEAT! So I called up there to let them know at exactly 9:02 PM.. Now the young lady who answered the phone after I told her what was going on she DIDN'T EVEN LET ME FINISH AND HUNG UP! I PAID FOR EXTRA MEAT X2 AND A DIFFERENT TYPE OF CHEESE THAT WAS NOT EVEN ON THERE! So not only did they get the ORDER WRONG BUT I WAS ALSO MET WITH A RUDE EMPLOYEE WHO HUNG UP IN MY FACE!I would like to be fully reimbursed!! I got this food for my mother who is currently in the hospital and now she can’t even eat it!ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

I was very disappointed. It has been several years since I have been to McAlisters. I loved it in Killeen. I decided to try it here this week and it was so bad. I walked in and waited over 30 minutes. Other customers looked angry as they also waited such a long time I asked the worker if kids meals are really .99 and she said yes but after getting the receipt my bill was much higher as they charged full price. I spoke to her about it and she had to go ask someone else about it. She came back saying that it is for dine in only at that cost......but she never told me that and it would have been nice to know before ordering. She offered no resolution and no apology. My 8 year old pulls out her dinner and the mac and cheese is such a small container with only a quarter of it filled. My sandwich had completely brown Avocado and dried out turkey on it. I opened my potato soup and ate the whole thing including giving some to my 10 month old daughter and I find at the bottom a large foreign object in our soup! I was so disgusted and so very concerned since my little one ate from the same dish. We spent $30 on two people (an adult and child) and got so little food and an absolutely terrible and disgusting experience. We will not be back.
