I have called 3 times to talk to the hiring manager. I put my application in there back in Dec of last year , got an interview just to be told they weren't hiring till after the New Year and that I would be called . That's bull, and I am tired of the lies. I have worked at 4 different McDonald's , and have 6 + years of experience , but I guess that doesn't matter. Keep hiring teenagers with zero customer services skills.

The food is usually correct & usually fresh. Of course sometimes there are items that are wrong. It's not a huge deal tho as it rarely happens.The employees however, act as if soaking to you or even acknowledging your presence is beyond their pay grade. Managers included. Most of the time going thru the drive thru whatever employee at the window will just glare at you & refuse to open their mouth during the entire interaction. This happens every time I go thru the drive thru at this McDonald's. Half the time, it's a manager. & Let's not talk about how many times my fiancee has gone into order & just walked out after a few minutes because not a single employee spoke to him or tried to take his order. They just look at him & walk away.The only reason we still go to this store is because driving across town to a different store is too much
