Everytime I come to this McDonald's I go thru drive thru and do slow but today I waited 15 minutes to order and then the girl giving your order never smiled or even said thank you...I was there from 9:50 to 10:25

Don't normally post a poor review, but this experience needs resolved. I was traveling and needed a quick bite to eat, went through drive through quickly, only one ahead of me, paid, went to second window. That's where it got weird. Looked like wrong window, no one there, looked like storage shelf, I backed up, she said oh it's right go to second window, so I did. I waited. I waited, even got on my navigation app a while, waited more, saw 4-5 cars park to wait on the side. I started getting impatient because it had been over 15 minutes, so I looked up the number and called asking if there was a problem. She said, "oh she's bringing it now." And there she was. I asked her if there was a problem, she said, "No". It took so long i just wanted my money back and leave, but asked her, "Is it always like this?" She sheepishly said "yes" and closed the window. The food was not even hot, editable though. Gave this McDonald's a bad rewiew.

Highly recommended to not order door dash from them they are no help at all when it comes to the mistakes they make they can never get an order right always forgets food and the management is no help

Horrible! Had to order THREE THINGS OF FRIES BECAUSE THEY WERE COLD AND HORRIBLE. HAD HAIR IN EACH ITEM I HAD.
I called my husband to pick up 3 kids meals I ordered on the app and promised my kids he had the order code number and I was on the phone he was denied the kids meals and when I called the same lady was rude refused to give me her name and hung up on me kids didn't get their meals I promised them and already paid for I really hope shes terminated refusing kids meals

I went to McDonalds Hewitt this morning to order breakfast. While standing waiting to be helped. I monitored I guess the manager handling food of another customer at the counter without any gloves on after messing up his order and going through his bag touching his food again WITH NO GLOVES. That customer took his food and left, so the manager was doing some things as I was watching and coming to help me. As I stood there and watch her handle the food with no gloves, she wipes her hands on her pants, then goes over to the hash brown bin and stickers her hands into the bin and starts putting hash browns into the little bags again WITH NO GLOVES. So I finally say something and she walks over to me wiping her hands again on her pants which were probably dirty from previous wear. I asked her name and she would tell me after I told her what I witnessed. The lady did t have on a name tag nor would she give her name. She was caucasian with maybe pink and green hair, short build, thin in body weight. After asking several times what her name was and she didn't give it to me, I just told her that I was making a complaint and this wasn't gonna go silent what I watched her do. Very UNPROFESSIONAL to not give her name so I could make a proper complaint.

22 minutes a drive threw is ridiculous . Back again 2-2-2024. No service at all .Had a mobile order. Waited in the Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes before deciding to go in set inside for another 15 minutes before I got my food people are completely ignoring customers customers would literally talk to them and they would walk past them ignoring them. Floor soaking wet by the door . It is only a matter of time before something happens. You can literally order from Chili's and get your food faster than driving through McDonald's

They Only gave us 2 sweet and sour with our meal after we asked for extra they wanted to charge us for it and had to bring 3 different managers to the window to explain it and then our sprite was nasty had to get a different
