Stoppped in at this restaurant after working since 3:00 AM. Got to the restaurant just after 4 PM. Pulled up to the second window to get my drink order and then was told to pull to the third window. Sat there over 20 minutes while cars behind me were served. Finally as one of the employees was delivering an order to a car that like 3 cars behind me I stopped him and inquired about my order. Was challenged by him to prove that I had ordered and been there for a long time. He ran in finally admitted that he had lost my order and it was his fault. Manager on duty was extremely rude and confrontational. I’ve taken my grandkids here before and it was ok. Save yourself some aggravation and drive a couple of miles up the road to the one on 19th. Adding insult to the situation my food was cold and my Big Mac was rubbery. What a garbage pit. Will never go there again. I can get a better burger up the street at Griffs. Might have to wait a bit but the wait time would be about the same.

In my personal opinion the best McDonald's in the Waco area I always get what I asked for I always get service when needed have been to all the other ones and they always fall short of the mark in some way or another and I'm not a picky person

This Mc Donalds in china springs needs to be shut down because they have dirty crack heads working in side this atmosphere which is very unhealthy and filthy you have workers kissing in touching while working on people food I really Wish Corporate shuts this Mc Donalds Down Now no one thats not clean needs to be working at a restaurant people thats filthy like this should be working on cars They don't wear mask or anything talk over your food while making it I will never order here again or eat from here until they clean it up. Workers need to be cleaned up wear gloves, wear mask, clean up there appearance.

Absolutely terrible experience, half my order was made wrong, had it taken back over there and the manager, Penny, refused to fix the order because it had left the building and began to pick it apart and tell my coworker that there was nothing wrong with the item and it was made correctly. If you can't tell how your basic burgers are made and what goes onto them then I'm not sure you should be in charge of the people that actually put them together.

They actually got my order right! Food was slightly over cook but it was right so I don't care. Good job to whomever was on staff.

Thursday Feb 8th. I ordered a number 4 chicken sandwich which was supposed to have lettuce, tomato and mayo. It came with no tomatoe, a scant amount of lettuce and a cold bun that felt like it just came out if r refrigerator. When I inquired about the lack of tomatoe I was told “we don’t have any tomatoes”!! The clerk who waited on my at the cash register was polite and sweet. The lady whom I asked about the tomatoes was very abrupt and snippy!

Taking a long time just to be able to get an order, the staff is extremely non-
Manager refused a dasher who just gotten an order and witnessed a whole argument between management and staff that could’ve been handled at closing or privately . The managers name is Penny and she is absolutely horrible not mention rude and disrespectful to customers aswell as staff. Restaurant was out of sodas pouring the drinks from 2 liters and refused to get more and the tea tasted fermented like it’s been sitting there for a week straight. Staff was caught vaping on camera in the back aswell .
