I always get a free mini birthday cake. I went inside to get it as I always done on my birthday. And they only ask for my id as I expect them to say. Although today was different because the lady said show me the email and I can give it to you. I tried to find my email because I am signed up. I told the lady it does not work because there is no service. And then she rudely said “I know.” She saw that I had my id in my hand so I was not lying that it wasn’t my birthday. I ended up leaving frustrated because she knew I was having issues and didn’t bother to even try to assist me. Instead I left frustrated and will not ever come back there. I always bring them customers and we buy their cakes all the time. But we will definitely not be going back.

I popped in tonight to get a mini bundt while waiting for another appointment. To my surprise, you do not have forks? But for 3 dollars more.. I can get a cake slicer, or 5 dollars more, I can get a pack of plates and forks. Really? Also, having maybe water for sale would be a champion idea. I typically love these mini bumdts, but having to purchase something to eat it with?? I will not return.

I recently went to Nothing Bundt Cakes at Central Marketplace. Trying to decide how to gift someone in businesses like this one can be nerve- racking, to say the least. I hope I get their names right, Chelsea and Rebecca were excellent at relieving that stress. Their knew exactly what to say and their suggestions proved to be excellent one. Thank YALL for making my visit a pleasurable, enjoyable one. If you want something sweet, soft and tasty .... visit this store in the Marketplace and experience the great costumer service that I received.

I agree with other reviews, great cake but bad customer service. 4-5 people in the tiny store waiting while one worker was retrieving cakes for everyone and the other making jokes ignoring the people standing in front of her hoping to be helped.
If you can avoid their delivery services.... Please DO. I ordered a cake for a special 20th birthday. I paid more for delivery than I did for the cake itself! Had someone waiting the entire day to receive the cake. And nothing. No updates. No delivery. I had to call myself from hundreds of miles away to ask what was going on. They said they didn't have a driver so they decided, unilaterally!, on their own, that the order is canceled. Absolutely insane. I would not recommend this particular NBC franchise to anyone unless you desperately need to pick up a cake yourself: and bear their apparently infamous customer service. Otherwise- do not order a delivery from THIS store for any special occasionNow I wish I'd read others yelp reviews before I ordered from there.

I came to this store to get a birthday cake for my mom. I make a couple of jokes about getting a discount on a larger cake(I was clearly joking, I can pay for a large cake no problem). The girls at the front purposely give me a strawberry cake. The African American girl tells a Caucasian girl to put a different label on the box. I'm extremely upset that I received the wrong cake. My mom does not like strawberries and I had to make her brownies instead while the rest of my family enjoyed the cake. I'm glad I didn't apply to work here with rude and judgemental employees.Edit: I am biracial so I decided to show more respect than the three girls at the front desk.

Ordered their gluten free chocolate chip cake for an engagement luncheon….it was literally the best cake ever! Highly recommend this cake, even if you don’t need it to be GF- it was delicious ?
