I ordered the works with extra cheese. They skimped on all the ingredients. I had to put my own cheese on it at home. Some pieces didn’t even have cheese on half of the slices. Order from the one on valley mills. So much

I was visiting from out of town and was ordering a pizza for the family. Waited in the lobby for over an hour just to see on my app that the pizza was "delivered." "Shawn" never came in the hotel at all. Says that he didn't know where to deliver to because there was no room number. There was. Call the store store and they said, "we'll see if he can come back, but he's got to make the rest of his deliveries." I said won't my pizza be cold by then?" They said, "Oh well, keep it in a warming tray". The only plus is I received my refund within a few minutes. I'm sure it's not always like this, but for us, it was very disappointing.

Ordered a baco. Cheesestick and it had bacon on half and the manager when i called told me i picked the bacon off of it number 1 the customer is always right number 2 u dont tell a customer what they did unless u saw them do it the manager was very disrespectful and rude too me i will never order anything from this papa johns location again

I usually have a great delivery experience with my order being hot and always what I ordered. Today was a little different I understand it's Friday and that is usually a busy day but today it took over a hour for our order to arrive and when we received our order it was cold. I wasn't to happy but it is what it is. Maybe next time our experience will be a little more satisfying.

I pay an arm and a leg for pizza and can’t even get a ranch not to mention the the Parmesan cheese I get one for a XL pizza don’t waste your money or time go to dominoes
