I had order a pizza on Saturday and i had 5top pizza and a 10 pieces of wings the pizza had something was really hard and it was white and the 10 pieces of wings wasn't BarbecueIt was a little bit of barbecue sauce on them and they need to dip in barbecue sauce and i would be calling tomorrow cuz i need a remake my order it was 31.36

I don’t like leaving reviews, but this one I’m going to. Tried to order delivery, but come to find out it’s delivered through DoorDash. I’ve always had problems with food safety through that company. I was willing to even go through with it, but when I tried to just add a 20oz drink Hope became very rude with an attitude in the background. I’m one of the nicest people you can come across and to have to get rude customer service from the actual store manager Hope is very disappointing. I will not try to ever order from this store again.

I frequent this store often and have never seen ONLY ONE employee running the whole place from register to making pizzas to packaging and helping customers pick up! Completely ridiculous how hard this poor lady was working. I felt bad for her watching the whole thing while waiting for my pizza. Due to her trying her best to keep up; my pizzas were awful! Toppings just thrown on in chunks and she fast cooked my pizzas so they turned out tough and undercooked at the same time! Not blaming her for attempting to get food out fast Just pissed that The GM didn't have some back up there to ensure business was running smooth and food was quality, especially for $40.00 bucks! Papa Johns makes more than enough money to pay another employee to be there. Get it together PLEASE.

The everything on it pizza was a little thin on the everything. Had an abundance of mushrooms and black olives but no Canadian bacon and very little beef. Not up to their usual standards.

Ordered several times from location food has been cold the last 3 time. I do understand things happen but 3 times? Tried again tonight pizza was hot but burnt. Supposed to be hand tossed/ medium crust with 3 extra peppercinis, crust was very thin, crispy and burnt. Didn't receive extra peppercinis. Paid $30 for a very unpleasant dinner.

Never had been to Papa John's, however this experience makes me want to go back. Both individuals were very friendly. It's a clean, inviting establishment. I ordered a thin Works pizza that was excellent, plenty of ingredients, freshly made. What more could I have expected. BTW, I also ordered the jalapeno bits, a very good blend of bread, cheese and jalapeños. Thanks for a great first experience, we'll be back.

Ordered four pizzas last night. We got our pizzas 1 hr+ later than the estimated delivery time. After sharing this with Papa Johns, the manager, Bo, called, apologized and refunded me. He was thoughtful and polite and I appreciate his quick response. We will give this Papa John's another try in the future!

It’s Thursday 11:50pm picking up and order in the store and the super rude guy told me somebody else picked up that order and they can’t do anything for me, they just refunding the money because it was too late to reorder it. WHAT A DISCUSTING OLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS PERSON. Unbelievable.

after over 1 hour kelly b rolls up with like 5 people with her. their were no stickers on my pizza boxes. and she still asked for the 22$ for the pizza like she works for papa johns. knowing if it went through door dash it was already paid for
