Visited this counter service at a dining hall with plenty of options. No ambiance really other than chairs and tables set fairly close together and busy crowds milling. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the pho and bun, tho compared to sit down pho places, they were maybe only 2/3 the size. The milk tea and eggrolls were average. Not bad for a quick stop.

This restaurant is located inside Union Hall in downtown Waco. I got the Pho My, which is their version on dac biet. The soup had no flavor and tasted like watered down broth. In addition, it's always unpleasant when the cashier picks up the tip jar, shakes it, and places it in front of you as you pay. Overall, would not recommend.

Got food poisoning here. Probably won't be coming back. A friend and I came in the other day, and we both ordered a pho dish. I ate my leftovers the next day, and that night started experiencing symptoms and essentially spent an evening lying on my bathroom floor. Texted my friend to check in, and she had indigestion as well. I was excited Union Hall had this place, but now I am hesitant to stop by there again.

Delicious and fresh ingredients, one of my favorite eateries anywhere. Abraham has helped me and my fiancée on multiple occasions and he’s always courteous and helpful. If you haven’t tried this spot, check it out!

This is hands down my favorite Pho place in the city. The staff is helpful and friendly, the food is phenomenal, and the price is right too. I must confess that I don't usually get a ton of meat in my soup, but honestly it's so tasty and fills me up that I don't care. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Pho!

Chicken was so dry and tough. The broth was also not very flavorful.

I liked it enough to go back, my vVietnamese wife, on the other hand, didn't like her Pho. I thought for there being no Vietnamese cook, the two guys there did a great job.

Our food was so delicious we ate it before we stopped to think to take a picture! We moved here in 2017 and the one thing we’ve missed was our favorite pho place. We found this place and it has exceeded our expectations and is now our new favorite place. The portions go above and beyond for the price you pay - we were used to getting half the amount for the same price and now we just feel spoiled! We both ordered the #2, which was loaded with meat and included all of our favorite toppings. We also ordered a #7, the spring rolls, and they were so fresh and the peanut sauce was the best I have ever had. We’ve been here twice now, a couple of months apart, and the quality hasn’t changed one bit - still hot and delicious (even to-go!). We sat down to eat our food maybe 40 minutes after we picked up our order and the broth was still hot like it was fresh out of the pot. Truly an authentic taste and flavor and I am so happy to get to enjoy their presence in Waco!

Ridiculously tiny portion sizes. Chicken looked like it was weighed in grams before being added to bowl of noodles. No sriracha bottles. No hoisin bottles. Girlfriend asked for extra jalapeños and didn’t get it. All around not worth it for $15 bowl of pho.

Very delicious, authentic pho! The broth reminded me of the tasty pho I had growing up in Vietnam.
