Nothing too exciting about this place. Good is reasonably okay but there are better options around town

All right I hope you listen to me. I'm a big guy from Brooklyn and an Italian food aficionado! I've been in Texas for 15 years and from atmosphere to food to service I felt like I was back home. The food is absolutely phenomenal. If you're looking for somewhere to eat a solid and I mean 100% solid Italian meal this is your spot. I regret that it's so far away as I live in Austin. Man that was good food!

My daughter & I tried this little gem when we visited Waco for our Mother Daughter trip & we were blown away by the quality of the food. Below is our food pics. We had a Caesar salad, garlic oil dip, bread & Pasta. We can't wait to return.

Looking for a quick pasta fix? Drop in and enjoy. Portions are on the big size so you may need to ask for a Togo tin when ordering.?

Well, to begin, waitress had problems getting orders straight. Asked for beer in bottle, no glass, second one came in a glass. For some reason, the dinner rolls were brought out to several tables that had arrived long after we did. Ordered plain chicken breast, nothing extra, just seasoned breast. So much grease I had to pour it into the glass of water that thenlooked like a glass of milk, felt bad for my dogs.

They earned this one. Food was halfway gone. Would have been really good compost if I had a garden out back, but I skipped the homesteading and didn’t bother with the Togo box. Also, they over charged me for the wine since they couldn’t charge me for the slop. Server was a nice lady.

What a gem this place is! Run by a family that is kind, welcoming and proud of the food they create; and they should be. The food was created as we desired it to be. I ordered gluten free (because I have celiac disease) and they were extremely knowledgeable about what ingredients I could and couldn’t have. I felt comfortable eating there. I ordered shrimp Alfredo and my husband ordered chicken parmigiana creama. The gentleman who hand-makes every dish (chef), encouraged me to be specific about flavor and the heat of my food. He absolutely was creating something very special. This is authentic Italian food and one of the tastiest meals I’ve ever enjoyed (no exaggeration). The portion sizes were very generous (about double). It was near 4:30pm when we went in and the family was seemingly preparing for the evening rush, as they enjoyed some of their own food during this downtime. They all chatted with us and carried on in conversation while we waited for our meals to be prepared (to go). They packed our food carefully, cautious in how we would get it back to our hotel safely. Just lovely people who have pride in what they create and what they’ve built. This will be a place we must stop at from now on, as we often pass through the area. Beautiful people, amazing food; cooked with love and a great desire to serve and fulfill!

A beautiful Italian restaurant in the heart of Waco. Delicious food and friendly service makes this place a perfect spot for taking someone out on a nice date. This restaurant has beautiful dining space. They bring out bread in the beginning which is delicious and then for dinner I ordered eggplant Parmesan and my husband ordered Chicken Marsala. We both loved it. It has the perfect portion size. We also decided to get desserts. I had Tiramisu and my husband got Nutella cheese cake.Everything was so perfect. We were amazed by the taste and quality of all the dishes. If we come back to Waco we would defini stop by.Vegetarian options: They have more than a couple vegetarian options.

I worked here. The 1 star reviews are correct. Everything is flavorless because they buy all their meat from the grocery store before they open an they buy the cheapest packages they can get an their noodles are all pre frozen in deep freezers HE DOESNT MAKE THE PASTA he lies to people. and yes there are german roaches in both of their facilities. Many reviews about the owner being rude! YES he openly verbally slanders his workers an cuts their tips & shorts their checks and wont tell you how much he is paying you. Instead of dilling out a W2 he jus tells you to write your name an social on a napkin an he “sends it to his accountant”

I always love when I can find a good family owned and run Italian restaurant! The veal Parm was absolutely delicious and the portion was huge. The homemade bread was so good, but it was even better with the garlic olive oil. our server was extremely attentive and quick. I would recommend.
