Sascee's. I'm not usually on that side of town when she is open. I got to visit with her for a bit. I arrived right at closing time. I started to walk away when I saw that they were closed. She came out and got me. I love a business owner with a go get 'em attitude.

Whoever I talked on the phone to from here unbelievably rude. I hear the food is great and all, but I cannot fathom the rudeness and the way the manager or whoever was on the other end treated me. They literally hung up on me when I said I had never been there before. Not a way to treat potential customers.

This place is a hidden gem for real down home soul food. I had the pork tips with greenbeans and cabbage. The pork was juicy and very tender. The service was excellent and the price was under $12. For a meat and two sides.
