Ordered thru door dash, had it delivered direct. Veggies on sandwich tasted old, bread was kind of stale, the cinnabon was old and cold, they didn’t warm it up like they were asked any way. Only good part of the order was bag of chips & Lg. Coke 3/24/24

Walked in to restaurant an wait 5 min to get waited on noticed two other people in there that's it been here eating not no one was cleaning tables floor nothing pigs sty pay 15 bucks for food you would think place would be clean on a really slow night need to clean hate to see cooking erea.

Y’all need to work on customer service forreal… that young woman with the Braces working drive thru was so rude.. Once I called her out on her attitude she started getting heated & yelling back at me.. like you know what you did & how you acted.. I manage a restaurant & I’d never let my customers leave so unhappy.. not cool.. do better!

I called in and paid for a to go order 5 hours before it needed to be picked up, as my sister was picking it up for us and she has early onset dementia. Things are already hard enough for her when things are made simple. She pulled up to the sign and told them she had an order to go. She was told to pull around. The girl at the window didn’t say a word to her just stared at her. My sister then spoke first and asked if she wanted her name. The girl at the window just stared so my sister gave her the name. The girl at the window handed my sister a bag, still NOT SAYING A WORD and walked away from the window. My sister didn’t know if she was going to get another bag to complete the order or what so she waited. The lady came back to the window and just stared at my sister again. My sister asked if that was all for the order and the lady only said the receipt is on your bag isn’t it? My sister hates leaving the house for reasons just like this one. People are rude and hateful and they have no idea how it affect people with disabilities. I am disgusted with how she was treated and will be making a complaint further up the chain and will never go to another Schlotzsky store again. Shame on this store!

Absolutely horrible service at indoor order counter. Not only ignored people coming in to order for lengthy time, never said a word to anyone, kept her back to people coming in to restock chips that could have wait, preoccupied looking at her phone, a driver came in with one of food pick up services (she waited a long time to get order, girl finally gave it to her, immediately turning away without a word, driver wanted to ask her something but couldn't get her attention, after about five minutes she said loudly (never mind) and walked out. This was on Friday night, about 5:30, November 3rd, young black girl. I'm a patient person as to waiting for food but not just waiting to order for lengthy times ... from an unfriendly, insufficient, person that never said a word, and didn't look like she wanted to be there. Took me about 20 minutes to get my food (there were only 3 different customers inside, maybe 4 cars in drive through when I arrived (I was inside though), but waiting is expected. When she brought food, not a word again just a unhappy scowl. She is the face of your business ... not a good one.

Usually very good. Been getting BOGO pizza every Wednesday for a about year now. However, I received sour, slightly bubbling marinara sauce and got food poisoning. Gotta think twice before trying the condiments now. The pizzas itself are fine though.

I like the app ordering for quick service, but sometimes I'll just go by there to get lunch or dinner and scan the receipt for points on the app. Note: They are busy from 12-2 pm, so service will be a little slower at those times. The food is always fresh and very good. Customer service is good as well.

Christina was very informative on promos and discounts I could be taking advantage of. Came in expecting to just get a drink and jet... Left with food for the whole family! This Schlotzskys location does not disappoint, and all the food was super fresh.
