My friend and I were visiting from out of town and had such a great time at Segovia - it was the perfect atmosphere to relax, hang out and have a couple of excellent glasses of wine. We felt very well taken care of by the owner. I can’t wait to go back!

We decided on a girl's evening of tapas. We walked in and from the beginning to the end of of evening, the service was exceptional. Exceptional does not begin to describe the service. Friendly, professional, personable are just a few. Now on to the food. The tapas were delicious. From the cheese and meat platter to the individual bite sizes(Pintxos) to the potatoes and the desserts. When you make reservations it states your table for 90 minutes. After 90 minutes we were still ordering. It was a food fest that delighted every bite and moment. On a personal note I thought it was so sweet that the Chef came out to greet us and others and make sure we were enjoying the meal. They have a secret dessert that is not on the menu. I highly recommend that you ask and get. I highly recommend this establishment for all occasions. 5 stars is not enough.

Food was incredible, could tell that the chef was a pro. Especially the sopa calabaza , tasted amazing. Nice low light relaxing ambiance. Staff attentive enough and laidback/casual, happy to give recommendations. They were nice enough to put together a little box with a bow that my wife put them up to , to tell me that she is pregnant, so that was very nice. This is a great place to come and have a very pleasant dining experience , thumbs up for sure.

I love it here! You’ll find a good selection of wine and yummy food. There’s some soft seating including a sofa and coffee table near the entrance which could be a cool spot to have a small and special birthday hang. If your party is 2 or 3, sit at the bar. The stools are comfy. Sometimes there’s a musician. I’ve been when Stan is playing. He’s got a cool style, and it’s not overwhelmingly loud. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. This place feels special and sweetParking: They share a parking lot with some other businesses. If it’s during prime dinner time, you’ll probably need to get there early or find parking on the street somewhere.

So I went to Waco to visit my friend and we chose this place for lunch. We had tapas and wine. We got the pan con tomate and the patatas bravas. With the pan con tomatoe you take the garlic and tomatoes and crush it over the bread and then you pour some high-quality olive oil on top. After that you sprinkle some salt over it and eat it with the wine. It was honestly a really great way to eat bread. I had never actually scraped garlic on bread before, but it honestly tasted so good and fresh, this was something super easy that I could also try at home which I really loved. The patatas bravas were also really good. It had Dallas with a gravy that tasted amazing and the potatoes were very crispy and cooked well. Of course, this was a wine bar and the wine did not disappoint. We both enjoyed the wine that we got. Needless to say we were happy with our experience here. The ambience is really cute and would make for a great date night. the waiter was also really nice. We enjoyed the service here as well.

I absolutely love this place! Great wine, food, and the owners are personable and hospitable. Have tried a variety of the tapas and all have been so good. Mushroom pinxtos were my favorite! Decent amount of vegetarian options which is always nice. The staff give great recommendations. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. It is in a touristy area but does not feel like it, which I love. I have been here twice and will keep coming back!

After visiting Segovia during a food tour, we fell in love with the amazing food, phenomenal wine and super friendly and knowledgeable staff and owners. We went back for the Jazz Brunch and although they were packed, they made room for us. Again the food and drinks were delicious and it left Us wishing we lived a lot closer to Waco! What an absolute gem!
