Interesting experience. Really fancy inside but hugely uncoordinated. They were really busy and trying to force everyone to do mobile ordering. Everyone was standing around and no one knew where to order. We were greeted with “did you do a mobile order?” followed by “then I can take your order in a few minutes”. The BIG thing to know about this particular Starbucks is that it's not the typical grab and table and stay a while place. It's designed to be a mobile pickup and drive thru store. I was able to order in person but it did take longer. It's a great concept but difficult if you show up expecting the usual coffee shop.

Confusing experience. No in-person orders allowed, no bathroom, no indoor seating. Saw several others come and leave frustrated as well. Staff was working hard but felt very impersonal and not the typical Starbucks experience. Skip this location and try another one!
