Grilled cheese looked slaped together and lopsided. My drink wasn't mixed nor blended correctly. It tasted watery and chunks of ice in drink, it was so thick I couldn't drink it. They weren't even busy . Not going back to this location!

The baristas and managers here are so nice and always brighten my day!! Not to mention they always do a great job, make good recommendations, and are quick to resolve any issues with a smile (I only had an order problem ONE time—I usually order a white mocha with a possibly obnoxious amount of customizations & extra caramel, so I totally get it). The espresso here doesn’t taste burnt like some others, which is good. The employees operate really well together and are fast even with long lines. Excellent customer service!NOTE: Always be kind to your barista. I mean…can you imagine getting so many individual orders done as fast with how long the lines sometimes get?? If your order turns out well or an employee made a positive impression, show appreciation and consider TIPPING THEM on the app or with cash! Even if it’s just a buck! Let the good karma and good coffee flow!Kid-friendliness: The cafe is small and with limited seating here, so be aware of that if you have kids.

I came in this morning to get some work done and enjoy a cup of coffee, I usually throw some headphones in but honestly, I was enjoying the overall vibe so much I kept them off. I can tell the staff here really enjoy their job, they are chopping it up not only amongst themselves but also with customers coming in. Additionally, there was a customer at the counter but all employees were obviously busy. Even so, the gentleman that took my ordered hollered, "I will be right with you!" Seconds later, another employee came from the back kitchen (She hadn't heard the first guy and was also on a mission of sorts), still, she made eye contact with the customer at the counter and said "We will be right with you!"Truly a team working together to create a positive environment. Thank you guys for the great experience!

Order sent ahead of arrival, usual practice, provided a coffee!! nothing fabulous, a half hour+ wait after our arrival!One venti coffee! Clerks were dumping multiple drinks as we waited and watched. Many others obviously gave up waiting!??
