He was finishing an order with one person in front of me.The worker was like I’m slammed so after the person in front of me, I’ll have to wait 15 mins to be served.I don’t know if something was going on or buddy was racist but there was no one behind me. No reason to make me wait 15 mins with no explanation.

Each time I go here the food tastes weird and the customer service is very lacking. My last and final visit I had to wait for this chatty young man to finish talking to his friends while he ignored me. Very rude and I will not be coming back.

Made a mobile order so that it could be ready by the time I got in, I got the notification that the order was ready, I went in and they hadn’t even began baking the bread yet. The larger white woman with an attitude ended up setting the bread to the wrong temp and time, so I had to wait around 25 minutes extra, and mind you we were the only customers there aside from one other family who got their food in 10 minutes. None of the workers apologized and it was just overall really frustrating because I had somewhere to be. I guess it is just fast food so whatever.

I waited in line for over 20 minutes and only one person was served. There were six of us waiting and the Subway guy told half of the line to leave. It was 9:20 and the place closed at 10. If he knew he couldn't serve us all, he should have told us as soon as we walked in the establishment.Huge waste of time and I feel sorry for the people who were rudely dismissed from the restaurant. Worst service I've had in a long time.
