I was a big subway fan back when they used to cut the bread "U-boat" style. When they stopped training employees how to do this and brought in terrible toaster ovens to compete I rarely was able to eat here. That being said in the last couple months I've noticed a significant increase in quality here and is now OK service still usually poor but must employees seem to be kids just getting gas money so it is what it is.

I like subway. Great place to eat and not feel bloated afterwards. Not a fan of the call in orders getting in the way of people in line. This is going to make me go there far less. I understand the concept, but people in line should be priority. No way they can keep up with who was there first and when call-in/on line orders are placed. Makes me not want to even hassle with it.

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, and it was mess.. cuts in the tortilla and impossible to pick up. The whole wrap fell apart when I tried to pick it up. Thre most of it away.. someone needs to teach their artist to make a wrap... I won't order there again.

Subway has come a long way. We gave-up Subway years ago because the rolls were dry and crumbly, and the sandwiches were not good but the new series is good. The rolls are soft and delicious. We like the #1 Philly Cheesesteak, toasted and #11 Subway club, untoasted. We are Subway customers again.

Horrible experience, and what crazy their manager is The one Who should be fired first because they definitely don’t care about customer service at that location, don’t expect nothing crazy it’s not 5 star restaurant, but at least decent customer service, employee 8209 who served me today should learn how to treat customers , it seems like only disrespectful spoiled kids are working at that location. Very rude teenagers, definitely don’t care for their job . Will never ever come back.

This is the WORST subway I've EVER been to! If you want terrible customer service from Isabell the sandwich smasher then go to the China spring subway. I hope you're a vegetarian though cause she won't give you any meat either. Just smashed bread and no meat from some girl that looks like she grew up in a tatoo parlor. I would have given no stars but that's not possible!

The lady up there coughed on my sandwhich & continued to make it. I paid but I couldn’t bring myself to eat it
While the staff usually seem friendly, well trained, and the place is usually pretty clean, I've had TWO instances when my sandwich tasted a bit off and resulted in mild food poisoning. I don't know if they wash their veggies in gross water or what but something is off. Sad to say I probably won't be coming back for a while, which is a bummer since I love Subway and it's the only one near China Spring.

Teenagers that work there are RUDE! I've been a bartender for 10 years and know what good customer service is. These teenagers do not care about the quality of the food or how they talk to customers. Don't waste your time at this subway, if you want a sandwich made good go somewhere else!

Usually I love subway but tonight... no...they threw it in the oven in a brown sack, sauce and veggies, and all; and I thought, huh ok that's new. It came out both soggy and crispy and tough as jerky which I didn't know was possible. It tasted like burnt paper and soggy cardboard. I am not a complainer I've lived on mre's before but I've never tasted something that bad that I've paid for personally.

The store is run by a bunch of disrespectful teenagers. The phone number is a fax machine. Good lord I'm not a picky person and usually don't complain about restaurants but can I get a little better customer service than making me come inside to get my curbside pickup order and then just pointing me towards a bag on a shelf and then walking away? Without even saying a word??
