I can’t recommend Laura’s cakes enough. Whilst being in college I have purchased all my friends birthday cakes and mine from her and they are always above and beyond with flavor, texture, and decoration. She has always followed my specific directions perfectly and I cant be more grateful to have such a reliable baker! Can’t recommend her enough, if you are in Waco, do yourself a favor and order your cake from here!

I came in today and got 2 fudge cupcakes and she was nice enough to redo the filling with blue and re ice it for me so I can surprise my husband with the gender of our baby. When I say these are the BEST cupcakes I have EVER tasted!!!!!! They were so moist and delicious! I will definitely be a regular customer for now on when I’m craving something sweet! We received a box of the OhMy! Truffles from the Honda dealership after my husband purchased a car from them and WOW it really exceeded my expectations! Never in my life have I tasted anything as delicious as this dessert, ever! I will now have to make the hour trip out there at least once a month! Sooooo worth it! Also, I would like to add that I don’t care for anything that is overly rich but these bad boys are just perfect. They really are! Do your tastebuds a favor and go get some!

My first encounter with Sweetness Desserts was about 3 weeks ago. I had the Coffee Toffee Caramel cupcake. It was the best cupcake I have ever tasted. I was looking for a bakery to bake a cake for a birthday party. I was really considering Sweetness Desserts and took my daughter with me today to taste the cupcake for her opinion. Upon arriving we noticed a fly and gnats in the case where the cupcakes were kept. We were told that flies are a problem during the summer. This was a totally turn off to my daughter and I so maybe we'll return in the winter. I gave it three stars because that cupcake was delicious. However, I'm looking for another bakery to bake the party cake because we don't do bugs!
