Whoever was working today (3/22/24 @7:10) drive thru… I asked for sauce packets which where handed to me with one fully opened… clearly it was on purpose. Ridiculous. And does it cost y’all a fortune to even hand out one miserable napkin

attempted to put an online order, debt card was charged waited in line for 40 mins, one to be told to go to back of line of drive threw because my card was refunded, which I didn't request, lady would not take my order at window, waisted almost 130 hrs attempting to put an order in, finally decided to go to canes, the absolute worst experience I have ever had, would not even look at the email to try to get my order

In what world is this amount of to-go queso acceptable? I paid .85 cents for a tablespoon of queso barely enough for a bite. And if that was the actual serving size, I would buy 5 just to get the correct amount. But I wanted my queso, and I didn’t get it because it was too late when I got home. Whoever did that doesn’t know how much joy this lack of queso took away from my meal as a whole. Disappointing cause everything else would’ve been great.

I e-mailed Taco Bell headquarters about this location. I don't care if it's franchised. Too many times this one is not open at stated hours, gets my order wrong or even tried to take my cash when I paid cash. They've even asked me to donate my change before from a $20 when I got one item. Taco Bell needs to step in and fix this location or close it and let another company put something else there. I travel all the time and no other location is this bad, just the one close to my home. Do better, I will keep emailing corporate about y'all until the company fixes it. I don't need the email from the manager. I know you are trying to hide from corporate how bad you are, they are looking into it.

For the second night in a row, I tried to go to this location 30 minutes before it closed. And, for the second night in a row, I was told they were only accepting Doordash and mobile orders. When I tried to place my order that way, I was told that they were closed and I was unable to place an order. If you say you are going to be open until 2 am, then be open until 2 am. If not, then say that so that I don't drive all the way there to be told that I just wasted my time.
