Real awful place, my friend and I went to get food she went to order and asked to have a taco, lady at the window said “ no” she then said a different one she wanted and she went “ soft or crunchy “ ( we couldn’t hear ) so she said can you say that again and she replied back” crispy or soft” with a rude tone, so my friend just went “ you don’t have to be rude I’m sorry about your sad day” and we left.

What a joke. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Just recently moved to Hewitt. Have gone there twice. Both times I couldn't even get any food. First time I ordered online at 9pm went to pick it up and there was a sign on the drive thru that said they closed at 8. Even though the posted hours say 12am. Tried again today. I ordered online again around 9pm and went to pick it up and they were out of meat. Terribly ran. Will not try a third time.

Why tf they put white rice in the double beef burrito. Every time I've ordered from this one, I forgot they did that last time and then remembered oh yeah this is why I don't come here. Only came to get a couple tacos for my son and they only gave me one and I had to go back thru to get the re order cause they didn't even hear this first time and didn't repeat back for me to even realize.

Don’t know who manages this place or how they train their staff, but had to be THE RUDEST woman working their window today. There I am taking a few to figure out what I wan from their vast menu (no one behind me) and not once but TWICE this woman snidely informs me that they’re on a time schedule, etc. we’re talking a few minutes here MAYBE! Absolutely outrageous, little thing called customer service? Not here folks. Needless to say, I chose to take myself down the road to find my lunch. SONIC knows how to treat their customers. ?

Went at the end of lunch, no ice in the soda machine, they didn't give me the right size drink that I ordered, the soda machine isnt calibrated correctly so drinks taste bad, and the food was what it always is at Taco Bell -mediocre. It at least used to be affordable. Now 3 crunchy tacos and a drink is over 8 dollars. Do yourself a favor and drive further down Hewitt Drive and stop at Taco Casa instead.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Ashley and her amazing customer service! We have a big family and order a lot of food, Ashley always makes sure everything is just right and done in a very fast manor. The crew is very welcoming and happy when Ashley is there. Ashley is definitely the reason why we will always go back! Food is always great!

Waited 30 minutes, for our order! Didn’t get what we pay for! They were, refunding customers, due to long waits. There putting priority on the drive through only , rather, then “dine in customers” as well. I almost got a refund, but they finished order. The food, tasted, horrible as well, worst experience, at at a Taco Bell ever!I wish I could of gotten a refund!

I never go out of my way to leave a bad review, but the service here was so bad I felt it necessary. I have been to this Taco Bell a few times and every time I experience the worst service. I think I keep wanting it to be better but keep leaving disappointed. No more! Each visit was just drive thru orders which is such a brief interaction I feel like it’s so hard to make such a bad impression in such a short amount of time. Yeah well it’s sooooo possible!. These employees take ZERO pride in their work. If you don’t like your job do something else. Or maybe it’s a lack of training or undervalued employees…all I know is the service was terrible. On two different occasions I had missing items which I wasn’t even mad about…we’re human it happens. Both times I pulled back around for my missing items and I left feeling like I had inconvenienced them for asking for the food I paid for. My first time there was for breakfast and my breakfast crunch wrap was rock hard. This time was for dinner and it was very poorly made.

This taco bell is the absolute worst. I just order my tacos and when I went to eat them there was no meat only a bunch of lettuce with some sour cream. Whoever the manager is needs to look into this and hire workers who actually want to provide good customer service as well as food. If there was a corporate number I would call and try to get this location shut down.
