I've had Taqueria Mexicano Grill, but not this location. I love the other locations, but not really this one... and here's why. My meal was not exciting, it lacked seasoning. When I go to Mexican and Latin restaurants I'm looking forward to bold flavors all throughout the meal. I will say that the chips and salsa were amazing, the salsa was perfectly spiced and the chips were nicely buttered and salted. However, the burrito Jalisco could've been more, it was topped with cheese and Mexican gravy and filled with steak only. The cheese and gravy was good, it went well on the flour tortilla, but the steak was lightly seasoned which made it taste bland, in my opinion. I love Mexican rice and refried beans but these were just not giving it. Besides food, the hospitality of the restaurant was friendly and upbeat. Would I come here again? If I did, I would try something different.
