First time at this place, even though we’ve passed by it a number of times going to the doctors office. Very pleasant place and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I had the patty melt, and it was made exactly the way it should be, with Rye bread instead of Texas toast.

The last time I ate here with my brother the meat had a rotten taste and smell to it. It was terrible. I don’t know what happed to Tom’s but they have gone down hill. Sad.

The double-meat hamburger was as well done as shoe leather and had zero taste. I needed one with no lettuce or onions, and it came out with no tomatoes as well. Maybe they were out this day. Who knows? I guess someone decided to give me extra pickles, though. That's ok, but the juice from all those extra pickles made the bun soggy, and it started falling apart before I was finished.The order taking guy acted like he couldn't care less if he got the business or not, and a "thank you for your business, sir" was non-existent.These folks have been in business long enough and should be able to do a lot better than this. Maybe that's the problem; they've been in business too long and have settled in like an old man into a nice warm bath.

Came by for the 1st time ever today and this place is a fantastic old fashioned style burger place! It feels like home as soon as you walk in. The staff is super friendly even the patrons seemed to all know each other.And on top of all thatThe food was awesome!Great portion sizes and everything was fresh and flavorful. You can tell they know what they are doing, have been doing it for years, and refuse to change what works.A drink, a bacon cheeseburger, a cookie, & an order of fries all for $11 and some change is absolutely impossible to beat.It costs more to eat a terrible fast food burger in some places.I could not recommend this place enough!!!!!COME TO TOM’SI’d like to note that I have 0 affiliation with this place. They deserve a lot of credit!
