The staff always seems to have a collective freakout when there are more than 2 customers in the store. We’ve been to this location multiple times because it’s the only one in Waco. Every time we go, the food is wrong, the service is absolutely terrible (probably the worst service in Waco, period), and the smoothies are never blended enough.

i waited at the order intercom for 7 min so i ask if i just need to pull up to the window to get some help. she finally answers and didn’t even apologize for the wait, just asked what’s my order with ZERO cars in front of me and all that just to leave and have to call once i get home to tell them my order was COMPLETELY WRONG. she was rude and said there was NOTHING she could do about it. she didn’t even bring up a manager so i just hung up. not worth my time.somehow gave me 2 quesadillas with everything on it when i asked for 1 quesadillas with no tomatoes or onions and 1 flatbread. needs new staff.

Making Moves With The McDowells

Placed an order online and the webpage told me that someone would bring out my order and on the same webpage it told me to go inside to retrieve my order. The order was incorrect and I was told to give the smoothies back. I was told that I would receive a refund in 3 days. After not receiving my refund, I called back and was told I would receive it in 5 days and a manager would be in contact. After the 5 days, I still did not receive a refund or contact from the manager. I called back and the young lady who answered the phone cursed at me after asking her to speak to a manager. The manager Miguel got on the phone and told me that it actually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and there was nothing else he could do. He told that if I didn’t receive my refund after the 10 business days I would have to take it up with my bank. He was the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. He spoke over me the entire time and used a very condescending tone and language. The entire staff needs to be retrained on proper customer service and just simply have common decency.

Probably one of the worst auci bowls I've had. Very little acui and it was more like ice...... Fruit was pretty but very small for the price.

Just by the nature of the business, be prepared for a lot of background noise if you dine in. We generally use the drive thru so we can hear each other speak.

Ordered online. Arrived to restaurant 3 hours before closing. Open sign off, lobby completely closed down. Staff was overtly annoyed for the inconvenience of helping customers through the drive-thru. I would have stopped going her a long time ago, but my girlfriend loves the food. I understand it's not the greatest job, but there are plenty of worse things in life you could end up doing. Wish people were a little more appreciative of their opportunities.Skip this franchise.

The people who make the smoothie have no pride in their work, my beach bum smoothie was poorly made, with chunks of ice all through it, and full bananas still showing. Very disappointed.Hope y'all do better.I think the majority of your workers are entitled.#Whiteisnotacolor.

Drove from temple to enjoy a TSC smoothie. Pull up to the drive through just to be told they aren't taking orders. I see customers walk inside and the open sign on. So I decide to order inside. The workers look at me as I walk in and mumble under their breath as if they didn't want to serve me or were too busy. Not sure why I couldn't order at the drive through...all the lady had to say was we aren't taking drive through orders, please order inside. Sad that this location has sad attitudes. Never had a bad experience until now. Just to add to the disappointment, the smoothies were watered down.

i so appreciated the young lady who opened up for me to come inside on Thursday am, even though she was only running the drive through early that am. the smoothies i got were great and the employees pleasant.
