Never had chicken and waffles before. Asked the owner what's up and she provided a brief history of the combination. I had to give it a try, had the spicy momma and my wife had the classy lady. Both were delicious and we are both new converts to the chicken and waffles following! Shamica was so nice a true breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend giving her food a try.

Took wife to visit the magnolia silos and wife said she has never had chicken and waffles so I had to make sure to fix that! Tried waffle chic and some of the best Chicken&Waffles I've ever had! Got the Spicy Mama and it was the perfect level of spicy and sweet!. Not only was it 10/10 food, the food didn't take long and we had the absolute most hospitable and sweet lady serving us. Shamica is what truly what this place stand out amongst the other food trucks! Every time we go back now I will absolutely be getting food from here again! Thank you for adding to a great silos experience for my family!

Absolutely amazing place, absolutely adorable owner, and so nice! We called because we couldn't find a menu and she walked us through it, even calling me back after her phone died. And the food! I think it was the best chicken we've ever had, the waffles were delicious, and it was gluten and dairy free with organic ingredients. So good, and the chicken was cooked with care, it was juicy and amazing, some of the best chicken ever. It might be hassle to get into the Silo to his this food truck, but do yourself a favor and find a way. We walked a block to get there and I'm so happy we did, and we're going to do it tomorrow too. So delightful.

My wife and I came up to the Silos today and when we saw the Waffle Chic truck, we knew we had to try it. My wife got the Classy Lady, I got the Miss Indecisive (Optioned Classy Lady and Spicy Mama). We were delighted. Both the chicken and waffles were cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. And the service was astounding- the woman who took our order was very inviting and full of positive energy. It made the entire experience that much more of a joy. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re visiting!

Been going here since they first started out in a tiny teardrop trailer outside of Pinewood Coffee. Haven't stopped going since =) incredible waffles, chicken and eggs. Trust me, you'll want to stop here. My preference is the Miss Undecided (used to be Split Decision).
Second time back and won’t be my last. Drove all the way from Austin for lunch because yes it’s that good. Service is top notch, the food is next level. The love and care they pour into those waffle irons is out of this world. It takes a lot to run a small business and it seems to come naturally to these sweet ladies. Blessed to stumble across this spicy, sweet and savory business. Congratulations on 5 years ladies. Keep fighting the good fight and showing everyone what you got.Mr. Indecisive
