No one ever picks up the phone. Or it's on a busy signal for hours.Random managers will lock up the Lobby with NO sign for the customers. The early morning shift is the only good shift with workers and food.The closed Lobby thing and Not picking up the phone has been happening for MONTHS now...Still the same issue.

Girl taking order had no personality, didn’t speak other than taking order. A little rude and when we got our food it was all cold. When asked for the food to be remade it was cold again. I ended up getting a refund. The manager said that the cashier is just in the shell said that it’s no excuse, and then said she told them to redo the food, but doesn’t know what happened. Will never eat at this Wendy’s again.

For starters, they are having some work done at the Valley Mills Dr location so you gotta keep that in mind. I saw this and still decided to eat in. The girl at the register was very soft-spoken. So much that you could barely hear her. We had to request our cups for drinks and the fountain machine was filthy. I mean- super dirty. There was syrup splashed all over it and the touchscreen was, absolutely, disgusting. I choked back my disgust and realized it was out of my chosen drink so the employee filled our cups from the back. The tables all had some form of dried food, etc, on them and the floors were equally as pathetic. Now, reminding myself that they had some people re-tiling behind the drink area, my logical mind still says that the restaurant did NOT have to be that gross. The drink machine doesn't HAVE to be that gross, nor do the tables and floors. It's quite do-able to have work done AND have a fairly clean spot for patrons to eat at. The sad part is that it took a while for that drink machine to be THAT dirty.
