Hamburgers were "warm" not hot, fries were cold. The person working the register obviously hated her job and was very unfriendly. Definitely won't be back.

The food took 20 minutes. I tried the new grilled chicken wrap. It's awful. One kid had the hamburger kids meal. The other had a chicken nugget kids meal. The child who got the nuggets got food poisoning. It was a rough 24 hours. We won't be back.

They use rapeseed oil in their mayo and add MSG to the food. These are not good for you.
No longer carry grilled chicken sandwiches or sell half salads. Offers are good on the app but not at the counter.

I stopped at this Wend’s this past weekend. The girl taking my order barely spoke over a very quite tone and so fast I couldn’t understand her, though she was trying. I pulled to the next window a the young girl slide the window open just enough to sling my bag of food out at me then slammed the window shut. Not one word said like thank you, have a nice day, etc. I believe she is one of the rudest persons in a position of customer service. Not sure the owners or Wendy’s cares. The fries sure appeared and tasted like they were fried twice being very dark, hard but not crunchy, more like stale. This is now the second bad experience service wise from the restaurant, not sure I’ll go back!!

Ordered a 10 pc spicy nugget and only got 9. They were dumped in the bag and that’s the only way I noticed bc of putting them back in the box. Of course I’m not going back thru the drive thru for 1 missing nugget but come on—you had one job to do and that was to count to 10.Also when I order a kids meal at this location with only cheese and ketchup—I am usually rudely told “it only comes with cheese and ketchup” but half the time I get other things on it (pickles, mustard or onions) ,even though I was just assured rudely that it only comes with cheese and ketchup. It’s really not that complicated but here it is for some reason.
