Slowest drive through ever. Been waiting here for 30 minutes and I’m still waiting. Hell, I have enough time to write a review while I wait for my order so why not? First, no one took our order at the boot. After 5 minutes of waiting we decide to drive and order at the window, when at the window, someone took our order, the 2 people asked us 3 times what we ordered, then told us to move forward to wait, I thought because they were going to deliver order to other drivers, but no one other than a pissed off driver who was tired of waiting has left. I wish I could take off, but we already paid, but I’m thinking of just leaving and get the money refunded through my bank. The food, well, i could wait for them to bring it, but that won’t happen for a while, but i expect to taste line any other whataburger out there so I’ll rate based on my experience at the other location.

I’ve never been, so excited! The service was great, I got the Dr Pepper shake and it was amazing, amazing as amazing grace!Vegetarian options: There was a salad and grilled cheese that my veggie friend really enjoyed and appreciated.Parking: So many open spots!Kid-friendliness: We had a party of 11 and there was a large table perfect for us and the kids loved the booth!Wheelchair accessibility: So many open spots for wheelchairs and it was so humbling to see that people actually care!

My family of 5 has visited this location Saturdays or Sundays around 11am-12pm for the past 3 months or so. We dine in every time. Have not had a bad experience with this location, food comes out correct, hot and fast.We will continue to visit this location when we want our Whataburger fix and we are in this part of town.

Food was normal Whataburger quality but service was horrible and order was wrong. Avoid location at South 7th in Waco.

I don’t usually write reviews but I am not a fan of this Whataburger, they act like they don’t care. They never remember my ketchup even if I ask them. Multiple occasions in the morning they don’t even talk to you when they hand you your food. I waited 38 mins today, apparently one of their 2nd drive through checkout was broken and didn’t put an orange cone out so as I watched everyone else after me order and it was mildly infuriating. They could’ve came out or spoke on the box. Oh and they forgot my ketchup. And both of my dr. Peppers were flat. So annoying. Be better.
The food is okay but this location has a serious homeless problem. Every time I go here I end up being pressed by at least 4 different homeless people. If you don't give them money, some get aggressive. I almost witnessed a fight the last time I was here. The staff seriously needs to address this issues because it makes it extremely uncomfortable to eat in the lobby. If you ever go over here, DO NOT DINE IN!!! Go through the drive thru.
