Stopped got a jr cheeseburger with extra pickles and extra mustard. My burger for some reason was hard when I would take a bite. Also my meat was not cooked right. The person who took my order was rude but the person who gave me my food was nice. It’s safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location

First time going to this one, I asked for spicy ketchup specifically 3 separate times. And I get home to no sauce whatsoever for my chicken

Visiting from North Carolina, so of course we had to try the infamous Whataburger. It did not disappoint. The portions are great and for a fast food buger it was probably one of the best I've had. We need a few of these restaurants in NC. We are here for a few more days and plan on visiting at least one more time before we head home.

So here we go I have to be honest. I had to be patient. Remember the word "HAD".RETURNING TO THIS "WHATABURGER" JUST LIKE YOU LIKE IT .Lies IT WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED SO NO I DIDNT LIKE IT.. ORDERING TWO BREAKFAST BOWLS W SAUSAGE....WELL NOT ONLY I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER THE WAY I ORDERED IT..HASH BROWNS WERE OLD, LOOKED-WERE SITTING IN THE GREASE FOR A QUITE SOME TIME DIDNT EVEN GET EGGS.SO I CALLED THE STORE . I WAS INFORMED THAT JIST COME.BACK AND WE CAN FIX IT THE MANGER SAID SHE WAS GOING TO MAKE OT HERSELF .DRIVING BACK TO THE STORE. I GAVE THE MAN AT THE WINDOW HE ASKED FOR THE Mess Up FOOD I WAITED LESS THAN 2MINS AND BANG I HAD MY FOOD ..... I THOUGHT. STILL WRONG WERE ARE MY EGGS THIS TIME IT IT LOOKED WORSE I GOT MY FOOD T LOOKED LIKE BABY THROW UP...CALLED AGAIN AND I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO NE A SUCCESS NOPE I WAS WRONGI WAITED 7MINS THIS TIME FOR MY ORDER. THE ONLY THING I GOT OUT OF THIS LOCATION IS .IT NEEDED TO BE GUTTED NOT IN A EVIL WAY. IN A RESTAURANT OWNER SHOULD KNOW WHAT I MEAN DISTRICT AND AREA MANAGER KNOW WHAT I MEAN.. My wife did a mobile order for 3 shakes and a medium fry, so I get to the drive thru and use the 2nd lane. There was one car ahead of me, they had to wait for 2 cars to order in the 1st lane before they took their order and I had to wait for 2 more before they got to me. Then I get to the window to pick up my order and they can't find it in the computer, thankfully they made it anyway since I had the mobile receipt. By the time I got my order I had spent an hour in the drive thru. If your in a hurry avoid this place!!

Went through drive at 6 in the morning and no other customers were there and I had to wait well over 30 minutes to get my order
