Worst place to get a bagel. Always closed and never have anything. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Waste of time and money. The truck looks dirty. The staff didn't have on any masks or ppe. Staff states they're having issues w/ bakers so there always gonna be a shortage in bagels or just a small selection. Such a low quality of services can't possibly fathom how the business is operational.

On numerous occasions I have provided this place with second chances. Every time I have been let down. For starters, the kids (students) they hire have no experience cooking or working with money. They take forever to make your order and that’s not mentioning the extra time you’ve waited for them to make free time to take your order. Also, the first time I tried this place the food was good. After that, everything went downhill. They bagels are too big and tough to chew. The cooks burn them almost every time. They cut your bagel after it’s wrapped in foil which not only contaminated your food but now you’re having to fish out little metal foil pieces just to eat. I once had a kid tell me the salmon was 2-3 weeks old along with the cream cheese I chose for my bagel. Honestly this place needs a reboot. I waited in line for 10 minutes before calling the number on the truck looking for someone to take my order. It turned out the cook was sleeping in the truck where you couldn’t see in.In summary, the service is very bad and the food is tough, burnt, contaminated and very expensive. Your looking to spend $20 on two bagel sandwiches. This is the truck in the Pinewood Coffee Shop parking lot.

Great Bagels! We had everything bagels with lox and it was the best I've had outside of Brooklyn.

Not really into this place. I've been twice and it's fine. The staff is often kind of rude, and last time we went, they were out of most things I wanted to try. The bagels are nice, fluffy, and big, but I think the plain schmear tastes weird. The strawberry peach (?) flavor is good, but I have yet to find the right bagel for it. I wanted to try their blueberry and chocolate chip, but they were out when we went. I've had the plain, which I found unremarkable, and the cinnamon raisin, which tasted like a plain bagel with raisins the size of grapes. It's also expensive. $5+ for a bagel and cream cheese always seems like a waste to me, especially since they aren't very good. It's certainly possible that I haven't found the right bagel/cream cheese combination yet, but I think I would skip this one. If you're not 100% committed to bagels, try another breakfast place in Waco, whether it be Magnolia Table, Cafe Cappuccino, breakfast burritos at The Mix Cafe, Waffle Chic, etc.

Great little hangout for coffee and full of Baylor students pouring over their books. The place is eclectic and looks like a college town coffee shop. I can't go 5-stars because their bagel truck was closed at 9am on a Thursday morning. Weird because bagel is in the name.

Nice crunchy outside, and fluffy inside. Pretty authentic NY bagel, could use a touch more of salt to round out the flavor but it was the best bagel I've found compared to NJ bagels in Waco.

Please invest in operational efficiencies!Training staff, creating process and workflows etc.It will greatly improve the customer experience and loyalty. Food is great - experience needs attention.Recommend reading: E-Myth

Y’all consistently put too much cream cheese on your bagels. I get that everything’s bigger in TX, but this is ridiculous. It’s messy, overloaded with saturated fat, and ruins the experience of eating an actually decent bagel.

A favorite for breakfast/brunch! The prices seem on the high side on first impression but for the quality and size of the meal it is right on point. Wide variety of bagels, toppings or sandwich style meals. Love that they keep the truck at Common Grounds and Pinewood to enjoy a cup of coffee with the bagel.

The folks are nice and they SERIOUSLY load up these bagels. It wasn't large, but it was v filling. Worth the wait

I hate writing bad reviews, but something should be said. Okay, the bagels themselves are the 2nd best I’ve had in TX So far and the staff in the bagel truck were super nice. However; I went 2 days in a row and each time there were only 4 people ahead of me and there was a 20 minute wait. Not to mention, both times they got my order wrong, but by the time I got back to my hotel and found out I just kind of threw my hands up and ate it. Also, there is a severe lack of social distance at the bagel truck. No one is enforcing anything, and college season is here. This may just be a Waco thing because I notice the lack of social distance at most places in Waco. My advice to management would be to put more people on the weekend morning shift, train on social distance, offer staff more training.

Zero process. 30 minutes for 3 bagels. Workflow is a joke. They need help or to learn how to work a truck

Very Delicious. The staff goes out of their way to make you happy. I'm still working through the menu ordering a different item everytime I come back...haven't been disappointed yet!

Okay, so half my family is from NYC and we know what good bagels and lox are! I came to this food truck parked over by Pinewood and was pretty skeptical, regardless my friend encouraged me and early Friday morning I tried my first bagels in lox sold out of WACO!!! To sum it up the bales were really really good!!! Chewy, just salty enough lox was perfect as well. The place is absolutely legit and delish! Interesting fact, the owner lived in NYC for like five years and got addicted to good bagels! Cheers to him for finally bring them to Waco!!!!! Go here and you WILL not be disappointed.

My 1st time trying this place out and had the poppy seed schmear with jalapeno cheddar cream chz. There really was no kick for it to be called jalapeno and definitely lacked taste. Bagel was big for the price not bad at all. They definitely gave me alot of creamchz inside but wasn't tasty. Add more jalapenos and seasoning plz. Amazing Staff with smiles very friendly and knowledgeable. Will come back to try the burgers kinda intriguing.
