Service was terrible. Women taking orders was rude after people waited forty plus minutes in the heat to buy her overpriced tea. Unclear what was available to purchase based on the menu. Questions were answered with clipped "I don't know what you were looking at". Left me feeling hand over your 10 dollars or get out of the way. No questions.

This is 8dollar drink, there’s no way for a sugar water. The tea flavor is so weak and look at the color it’s very pale. Never again . Very disappointing.

The ice goes from the bottom to the top of the cup. Had enough tea for 10 small sips. What a rip off. Mostly just ice cubes instead of actual tea. This is when the weather had a high of 53 degrees. Spoke with the employee and they stated that this is normal and that next time I should ask for less ice. What a rip at $5

I love the idea of this place - I would probably bleed sweet tea, I love it so much. It was a pleasant addition to our visit to the food hall - both employees there were super friendly and willing to assist, my cashier made a suggestion on adding a flavored sugar to compliment the black hibiscus flavor that I chose, and it was really yummy even though I initially expected something similar to the Tazo tea that Starbucks sells. If I happen to be on this side of town, I may adventure a bit and see about mixing and matching flavors.

Wow. Best tea I've had in a lonnnnnnnnng time. AND they have boba AND the balls -- forgot their name. So good. The guy taking my order was very friendly and helpful. I wish they had one of these shops in Houston. I'd be there all the time!

Fantastic tea. My wife had a hot Vanilla Chai with milk and I had a hot Matcha Latte. Both were absolutely delicious. The gentleman taking orders was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they care deeply for what they do. Highly recommend!

I put a food order at a nearby grub spot and it was gonna be a few minutes, so I took the opp to come through here and get something refreshing. (Food spot only had soda and water and I wanted something better.) I screened through their menu and I immediately focused on an iced matcha latte. Put in the order and was told, "Sorry... we're out of matcha today..."I took a step back to take another look at a menu (and to give way to other customers.) It felt like I took one (maybe two?) long minute to decide and got to the point that there was nothing else that caught my attention. Staff noticed this and said if matcha is what I was in for, she suggested the oolong magnolia. "It may be the closest to taste we have to matcha." So, I went for it. VERDICT: It was nothing like matcha. It wasn't even close. BUT! It was pretty good and refreshing. It wasn't my first choice, but was decent second! The boba had a good chew. It certainly hit the spot, more especially during a hot and humid Central Texas day. DRINK: 3.5.SERVICE: 4. VALUE: 4. PARKING: Located in Union Hall. There is a small private lot. Street parking also available. OVERALL: 3.75. Good first run. Will consider this place again for quenching my thirst should the need come up again.

MY favorite tea in Waco! It has so many good teas that I love, and there bobas good. if your looking for recommendations i prefer the white peach tea with passion fruit boba or a mango peach black tea :)
