They were out of cups and ice. Service took forever just to get cold food. The person talking the order was dry as can be. Customer service was not there at all. Will never go back.

I only went through the drive through and have no idea how the inside is, but the food was delicious. I tried the baconzilla, fries, funnel fries and the garlic Permasean wings. They were all so delicious and the wings were sooo good.
I always stop here when I'm traveling through sine we don't have checkers in Killeen. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly but today....staff went above and beyond. Robert, Sky, and Sam were great. Robert made sure my order was correct. Sky checked to make sure I was ok as I dined in. And Sam handled my food with care. Today's visit was awesome. I miss these chili dogs and fries.

Hours are til midnight. Showed up at 1030pm and was told they were starting to close and couldnt order. Wont ever come here again. All Checkers seem to be the same.

Horrible customer service, literally the worst!! Just save yourself headache and go anywhere else!! The woman was the absolute rudest!! I saw one of the other reviewers say that they think she’s racist and probably only likes white, people, but I don’t think that’s the case. I am as white as they come and she was absolutely horrible to me!! I can say she has ZERO people skills and certainly no skills for running a restaurant!! I’ve been here a handful of times, and I’ve never had a good experience, but this last one was one for the records. I truly suspect that the good reviews on here are from family and friends of the owners.

Went for a quick lunch, thought it would be convenient on the road. Not only was the food terrible, wrong and coke, the customer service was terrible. Rude drive thru employee, rude manager, go to jack in the box a mile away. better food and better service !

This is the second time I order from here and all the bread/buns were stale and seem to disintegrate while eating your burger. On top of that they seem to get bigger and bigger and the contents inside smaller and lesser. This is not the "less is more" approach that can be appreciated.

I went to this Checker twice over the weekend and the service was horrible. I tried to call and both times nobody could or try to assist me.They messed up my order and the guy who was working was very rude and acting like he didn't want to serve us. That we were getting on his nerves. I really like the location but the services has to change
