Alex gave me a Five star experience. It’s pizza so can’t complain, but was happy with service.

Absolutely horrible food service and customer service. The Dominos pizza at the gas station has better service and management. I placed an order for delivery during my lunch hour. The door dash service they use showed up after driving around my area for 30 minutes. When I asked why he didn’t answer my calls so I could direct him, he said he phone doesn’t work. The only thing that was a decent temperature was the drink… thanks to it being cold outside. I would have reheated the food, but when I opened the box it wasn’t the pepperoni pizza I ordered. It was just cheese. The store manager Alex Mendez (I think that’s what he scribbled on the receipt) said sometimes the app will erase toppings. WHAT? And how is a company’s faulty app my problem? I paid $30 for food + delivery + tip for a cold pizza I could even eat. The manager said he was being “generous” by giving me a $5 credit. I was only asking for a credit or a remake of the one topping pizza, not the whole order even though it was ice cold. Do not waste your hard earned money at this establishment. They do not care if your food is hot or correct. Your business is worth $5 to them. Just go to the Dominos down the street… at least your food will be hot.

Horrible experience would not take our change it was bill's and change $45.42 employees walking in stor in flip flopps manager walking around in socks said it was her store she could do what she wanted they were acting so weird like they were on something.i know for a fact that is something the petronells would not like. Tour off survey part on bottomed of our receipt ticket number was 0072.Would like to here from someone other than store manager someone higher up.

Picked up a pizza in person and they asked me to tip so I begrudgingly left $1. Counter man said “$1?” Like he just delivered or served me. Over tip culture. Companies need to pay a fair wage. Not my job to support your wage with a tip when it should be included in the price of a product.

Horrible service. They’ve had 0 accountability for messing up my order made through the app three times already. For example, giving someone my order that had the same name. It’s their responsibility to double check that the person is receiving what they ordered prior to handing it over to them. They then tried to make me pay for her order or wait over 30 more mins to remake mine. Which would make over an hour and 30mins waiting. Never going there again.

Very disorganized. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders if cheese sticks. What was supposed 20 minutes turned into over an hour of waiting. I get back from Arlans grocery and they forgot 1 order of cheese sticks... I waited but if this continues, I will stop ordering from this location.

Filthy location don’t get your pizza from here you will get sick from food poisoning.Go to Pizza Hut in Hempstead at least the employees have better attitudes!

Don't have the app. Ordered online. Apparently, Door dash does their deliveries. I was charged for my my food that never arrived and Pizza Hut told me I have to take it with them.

I ordered at 230pm. It said a 20 minute wait. I actually got there in 30 minutes and my order still wasn't ready. I went to the store and returned at 345pm and it still wasn't ready. I didn't get my order until 415pm.

The worst ever. They don’t ever have what is advertised or deliver to the areas they did 2 weeks ago. A low rate operation with bare minimum service .
