Worst Chick Fil A ever. Received a spicy sandwich that wasn't completely thawed out, I was biting into frozen chunks. Grossed me out so bad. Also repeated my order twice and they still got it wrong.

They’re skimpy with the food at this location. I ordered two fries, a large and medium. When I got home I thought it looked like not very many fries so I weighed the two orders and my medium had more fries than my large.

I’m giving them 3 stars because the service was great, however the food was unacceptable. My wife and I visited last night and both of us received crunchy rice (myself more than her). I have no desire to finish my food for constantly biting into uncooked rice. My wife is a fan of the chain, however, as far as I’m concerned, we will be making two stops if she wants to continue to eat at this location.

This is "my" chick-fil-a so I'm here often. I have two the same distance from me & always end up at this location. Always a pleasant experience. Mobile ordering is my go-to and my order is always correct. I appreciate the fast service & friendly employees. I'll definitely keep coming back.
This is my main local Chick-fil-A. I have always had great service. Yes, this place can get busy and sometimes back the drive thru onto 377, but it goes quickly. My favorite is the kale salad and grilled chicken option. This one dies have a kids play scape inside.
Place to order for pick up when I got to the store. I expected the Normal wait time and then it said they were bringing my food out. Waited five minutes and never received it so I walked in and they gave my food to somebody else and had no clue my order. Very very very disappointed in this Chick-fil-A recommend other ones.

Went specifically so my two and 6 year old could play since it was too cold to take them to the park. However, the play area was full of kids running and screaming and playing SO ROUGH while climbing that it was impossible. I must say they were unsupervised and the employees did not do anything about it. Even though there is a sign that says "No running", and "children Must be accompanied by an adult". It was sad to know my kids wanted to play but were unable to due to the roughness of these unsupervised kids.

I come to this location often since my work is right behind the building. My problem is that the last 5 times I’ve ordered they’ve skimped out on my fries. Doesn’t matter if I’m buying them or using my rewards. I’m met with half a stack of fries every time. It may seem like a little problem but as a paying consumer I want 100% of what I’m purchasing.
