Placed a mobile order yesterday for lunch. The food was ready soon. Pick up was easy and shelving is clearly marked and easy to spot. I always get the chicken burrito bowl. Always good.
We love the food at Chipotle. However, whenever we order online at this location, we have to wait for our food when we get there. Every. Single. Time. Meanwhile, there will barely be a line, and we will see customer after customer walk through the door, order their food, and get it long before we finally get our food. It makes me wonder what the point of online ordering is if you can just walk in and get your food way faster.

The management is great despite the inflow of employees. All the employees are friendly, and measure out correct quantities.I always go before close on Thursdays and have never had an issue.Online orders should be placed an hour before close.
